Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Blender does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet not working; jar/grinder not correctly assembled; overheat protection activated. Ensure the blender is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the jar/grinder is properly seated on the motor base and the lid is secure. If overheated, unplug and let cool for 15-20 minutes before restarting.
Ingredients are not blending smoothly. Too little liquid; ingredients too large; jar overfilled; blades jammed. Add more liquid. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Stop the blender, unplug, and carefully remove any obstructions from the blades.
Loud noise during operation. Jar/grinder not properly seated; hard ingredients; noise shield not closed. Ensure the jar/grinder is correctly aligned and locked onto the base. Close the noise-reduction shield completely. Reduce the amount of hard ingredients or add more liquid.
Blender stops unexpectedly. Overheat protection activated; power interruption. Unplug the blender and allow it to cool down for 15-20 minutes. Check your power supply.

User Tips

  • For best results with smoothies, start with liquids, then add soft ingredients, followed by leafy greens, and finally ice or frozen fruits.
  • When using the grinder cup for spices or coffee beans, ensure the cup is completely dry to prevent clumping.
  • To maximize the quiet operation, always ensure the noise-reduction shield is fully closed during blending.
  • Experiment with the 9 speed levels to find the perfect consistency for different recipes.
