5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the spot welder using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the Type-C port on the device and a compatible 5V/2.1A (MAX) power source. The device features overcharge protection.
5.2 Welding Pin Adjustment and Replacement
The welding pins are designed for adjustable spacing (0.5-3mm) to suit various welding needs. They are also replaceable.
- To adjust spacing: Loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the welding pins. Move the welding pins up or down to achieve the desired spacing (0.5-3mm). Tighten the screws firmly to secure the pins.
- To replace pins: Loosen the fixing screws on both sides. Remove the old soldering pins along their direction. Insert new soldering pins and tighten the screws. Use a 3mm outer diameter cross screwdriver for embedded fixation. Do not forcibly remove screws if they are not loose, as this may damage the shell.

6.4 Welding Process
The device uses dual pulse technology for firm solder joints without virtual welding.
- Prepare the materials: Ensure the surfaces to be welded are clean and free of oxidation. Use the provided sandpaper if necessary.
- Place the nickel strip: Position the nickel strip over the battery terminal or other material to be welded.
- Apply the welder: Place the welding pins firmly and squarely onto the nickel strip and the material below.
- Initiate welding: In automatic mode, the weld will trigger automatically when proper contact is made. In manual mode, press the manual welding key to trigger the weld.
- Check the weld: After welding, gently test the strength of the joint.
