1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of various LTECH 0-10V LED Dimmers and Modules. Please read this manual carefully before installation and use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

2. General Attentions

  • Products shall be installed by qualified professionals.
  • LTECH products are non-waterproof (special models excepted). Please avoid the sun and rain. When installed outdoors, please ensure it is mounted in a water proof enclosure.
  • Good heat dissipation will extend the working life of products. Please ensure good ventilation.
  • Please check if the working voltage used complies with the parameter requirements of products.
  • The diameter of wire used must be able to load the light fixtures you connect and ensure the firm wiring.
  • Before you power on products, please make sure all the wiring is correct in case of incorrect connection that causes damage to light fixtures.
  • If a fault occurs, please do not attempt to fix products by yourself. If you have any question, please contact your suppliers.

3.5. APP Operating Instructions

  1. Register an account: Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone. After completing the APP installation according to the prompts, you can proceed with the login/registration operation.

  2. Set scenes and automation:
    • Local scene: Select "Local scene" in the [Smart] interface and click "+" to create a local scene. Click Add Action and select the corresponding device type action.
    • Cloud scenario: Make sure that smart gateways have been added to the home, such as Super Panel 12S. Select "Cloud Scene" in the [Smart] interface and click "+" to create a cloud scene. Click Add Action and select the corresponding device type action.
    • Automation: Ensure that smart gateways have been added to the home, such as the Super Panel 12S. Select "Automation" in the [Smart] interface and click "+" to create automation. You can choose local/cloud execution method, as well as set trigger conditions and execute actions. When the set trigger conditions are met, a series of device actions are automatically triggered to achieve remote linkage.

  3. Control type and parameters: Click "Control type" to select DIM/CT, default CT. Click "Parameter" to edit the knob sensitivity, indicator light, key press sound, scene key, powered on state and other advanced parameters.

  4. Knobs and scene keys: Click "Knob Sensitivity" to select low/medium/high sensitivity; turn on/off indicator light, turn on by default; turn on/off key press sound, turn on by default. Press and hold the scene key to bind to execute actions.

  5. Power-on status and factory reset settings: You can choose to full bright/light is off/memorize/custom, default memorize. After clicking the "All parameters are restored to factory default" button, all parameters on the App page will be restored to factory default value. At this time, you need to click the "Write" button to write the parameters to the device to restore the device to factory settings.

4.3. Installation Steps

  1. Turn off the main power switch, and confirm that there are no attachments such as cement on the inner wall of the 86 junction box. Trim the length of the power cord inside the junction box to about 10 cm. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry open the bottom box of the knob panel, and find the NFC marking point on the plastic part.

  2. Use your mobile phone to open the NFC Lighting APP, click [Read/Write Smart Device] on the "Home Page", bring the mobile phone sensing area close to the knob panel NFC identification point, read the knob panel parameters, set the parameters according to your needs (see P8 for details), click [Write] in the upper right corner, and then bring the mobile phone sensing area close to the knob panel NFC identification point, and you can directly write to the knob panel.
  3. After using the mobile phone's NFC to read and write parameters, connect the live wire to the L interface of the smart switch, and the neutral wire to the N interface, and confirm that the power cable is in good contact with the switch binding post and there is no exposed copper wire. (The circuit breaker rating should not exceed 35A) See Figure 2, fix the bottom box to the wall secret box with screws, so that the bottom box fits the wall.

  4. Tilt the panel and buckle it on the bottom box, turn on the power main gate, press the knob panel, and you can control the light normally, which means that the installation is correct.

4.5. Pairing Operations

4.5.1. Pair Dimmer with Remote

When the lamp is on, press and hold the knob for 5s until the yellow indicator light flashes. Then long press the ON/OFF button or the zone button of the remote until the indicator light of the dimmer stops flashing and the buzzer makes a beep, meaning the dimmer is paired successfully with the remote.

4.5.2. Pair Dimmer with Gateway

When the lamp is on, press and hold the knob for 5s until the yellow indicator light flashes and the buzzer makes a beep, meaning it's ready to pair with the gateway. Turn on L-BUS APP and access the "Zone Settings" interface. Then click "Match" in the top right corner and follow the APP instructions to operate.

4.5.3. Remove Paired Dimmer from Devices

When the lamp is on, press and hold the knob for 10s until the indicator light flashes between two colors. When the buzzer makes a long beep, it means the paired dimmer is removed successfully from the devices.

4.6. APP Operating Instructions (L-Home APP)

  1. Register an account: Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone and follow the prompts to complete the App installation. Open the App and log in or register an account.

  2. Paring instructions: Create a home if you are a new user. Click "+" icon in the upper right corner and access "Add Device" list. Pick "Smart Lighting" from "Add Device" list to select the light fixture type you want to add. Click "Bluetooth Search" to add the device (Make sure the device is powered on and not connected to network). When you have already searched the device, click "+" icon to add it. Rename the device and select the room it belongs to, then click "Confirm" and you'll successfully add the device.
  3. Control interface settings: After pairing up your device, go to the control interface. You'll be able to achieve your desired lighting effects by changing brightness, colors and color temperature. Click "Theme" and you'll easily switch to multiple theme lighting effects with one tap. Click "Mode" and the App provides you editable normal modes and editable advanced modes. Customize dynamic modes to put you into a more colorful life.

  4. Light groups: Users are able to combine some type of light fixtures into a group to control them simultaneously. Once you create the group, you can set the dim level or change color temperature more easily. Switch to "Group" menu and click "+" icon in the upper right corner. Follow the prompts to rename the group and click "Next" to pick the lights you are going to group together and to save them.

  5. Advanced functions (Scenes and Automation): This module can be linked with gateway function devices (such as LTECH Super Panel) to achieve the advanced functions from cloud scenes to automation.

4.7. Restore to Factory Settings

Method 1: After the E6A knob panel is connected to power, press the knob for 15 seconds (see Figure 1) until the indicator light flashes slowly and then releases. Press the knob for a short time 3 times within 3 seconds, and the indicator light flashes quickly, indicating that it has returned to the factory settings.

Method 2: First, make sure that the device is properly powered on and in an online state. Then, open the L - Home APP, find the device, and enter its settings page. Click the "Delete Device" button (see Figure 2). When the system prompts "Deletion successful", it means that the device has been successfully restored to its factory settings.

5. EBOX-AD 10V PWM Dimmer (Wireless Module)

5.1. Product Introduction

EBOX-AD wireless module applies to L-BUS wireless communication protocol and converts into 0-10V signal through RF wireless communication technology, which is used with LTECH 0-10V LED driver and compatible with all 0-10V series products on the market. Relying on L-BUS wireless technology, removing complex layout and expensive technical cost, making new or retrofit projects installation easier.

  1. When the indicator light of the touch panel is white, long press on the panel until the indicator light flashes.
  2. Turn on L-BUS APP and access the "Zone Set" interface, click the right top "MATCH" key, then operate the following prompts.

Clear Code: Long press the scene key 1 and scene key 4 on the panel, the indicator light flashes several times, clear code successfully. Please clear the code when the touch panel switch indicator is white.

  1. When the indicator light of the touch panel is white, long press on the panel until the indicator light flashes. Please proceed to the next step within 15 seconds.
  2. Match code with F series remote: Single zone remote: long press ON/OFF key on remote, the indicator light stops flashing, match code successfully. Multi-zone remote: long press the matching zone's ON & OFF keys simultaneously, the indicator light stops flashing, match code successfully.

9. E610P-RF 0-10V Wireless Dimmer

9.1. Product Features

  • Active 0-10V signal output dimming controller.
  • 100-240Vac power supply, simple connection, convenient control.
  • 0-10V output dimming signals can be controlled either by a knob panel or a wireless RF remote.
  • Works with L-BUS gateway to control the panel to dim remotely.
  • Built-in relay switch can be used to cut off the power line and is also suitable for occasions where lights can not be turned off completely.

Note: This model of controller only receives RF wireless signal control and has no RF transmission function.

  • Turn the knob clockwise, the brightness increases.
  • Turn the knob counterclockwise, the brightness decreases.

Match code between panel & remote:

  1. Short press "ID learning button" on E610P-RF, the lamp flashes.
  2. Hold down On/Off key on F1, or hold down the matching zone's ON & OFF keys on F5 simultaneously. When the lamp is keeping on after brief flashes, pair successfully.

Automatically exit pairing mode after 15s. One E610P-RF can be paired up with max 10 remotes.

Match code between panel & gateway:

  1. Turn on APP, enter "Zone setting" interface.
  2. Click "MATCH" key in the upper right corner, then follow the prompts.

Clear code: Long press "ID learning button" on E610P-RF for 10s until the lamp flashes 5 times, clear code successfully.

  • For optimal performance, ensure all wiring connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.
  • When using the L-Home APP, keep your mobile device within 15 meters of the dimmer for initial pairing and configuration.
  • If experiencing issues with network configuration, try restoring the device to factory settings before re-attempting pairing.

12.2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What to do if the network configuration fails?
  • Ensure that the device is powered on normally.
  • Confirm that the device being added has not been added by another account. If it has been added, please manually restore the factory settings.
  • Ensure that the mobile phone and the device are as close as possible, preferably within 15 meters.
  • If the device has been forcibly deleted, please manually restore the factory settings and then add the device again.
Q: How to remotely control the device?
  • When paired with our company's Smart gateway, the device can be remotely controlled via 4G/5G/WiFi on a mobile phone.

  • Free repair or replacement services for quality problems are provided within warranty periods.
