Setup
1. Battery Installation
The bait boat uses a dual power supply system. Ensure both 12000mAh batteries are fully charged before installation.
- Open the battery compartments on the boat.
- Insert the charged 12000mAh batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

The boat has four independently controllable bait bins. Load your desired bait (e.g., mixed bait, corn kernels, pellet bait) into the bins.
- Use the 'Granary' button on the remote control to open and close the bins individually or in sequence (Bin 1, 2, 3, 4).
- The rear bin can also be used with hooks for spot casting.

5. GPS Positioning and Navigation
- **Beidou Intelligent Calibration System:** The built-in Beidou positioning system allows for intelligent position calibration and accurate positioning.
- **Fishing Spots:** You can set up to 4 fishing areas and 160 fishing points. Use the 'Fishing Ground' button to manage these points.

6. Smart Return-to-Home Function
The boat is equipped with intelligent return-to-home features for safety:
- **GPS One-Button Return:** Press the designated button on the remote to return the boat to its starting point.
- **Automatic Return:** The boat will automatically return if:
- Battery is low.
- Communication is lost.
- It exceeds the navigation range (Electronic Fence Function).

7. Sonar Fish Finder Operation
The built-in sonar fish finder provides real-time underwater information:
- The fish finder remote control displays water depth, water temperature, terrain, and fish size/depth.
- It has a 500-meter detection range, 100-meter detection depth, and a 90-degree detection angle.
- The sonar frequency is 125 kHz/200 kHz.
- The fish alarm feature can be customized to detect different fish sizes.

8. Multi-Function Lighting System
The boat is equipped with various lights for visibility and functionality:
- **High-brightness night navigation lights:** Located at the bow for safer nighttime navigation.
- **Stern turn signal lights:** Clearly indicate the direction of travel.
- **Lighting Modes:** Two modes are available: constant on and flashing, adaptable to different environmental needs.

9. Fishing Modes
The V803 Pro supports four distinct fishing modes:
- **Normal Mode:** For general detection, applicable for depths of 4-100 meters.
- **Shallow Water Mode:** Suitable for detecting in flat areas such as ponds, reservoirs, and banks within a depth of 4 meters.
- **Bank Fishing Mode:** Suitable for detecting on the slope near the banks of ponds and reservoirs. The depth can vary significantly with the movement of the probe, and the depth displayed is relatively shallow.
- **Sea Fishing Mode:** Suitable for detection in large seas with significant wave fluctuations. The minimum detection depth is 1.5 meters, and the sensitivity to underwater fish is low (especially in areas with reefs).

10. Hook Line Delivery Function
The boat supports hook line release for precise hook deployment, enhancing fishing success rates. Utilize the tail hook structure for this purpose.

11. GPS Electronic Anchor
The virtual anchoring system uses precise satellite positioning technology (GPS/Beidou modules) to monitor the boat's real-time position. If the bait boat moves beyond a pre-set point, the system automatically triggers an alarm or controls the motor to return, effectively creating a 'virtual anchor'.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the boat with fresh water to remove salt, dirt, and debris.
- Ensure all compartments are dry before storage.
- Wipe the remote controls with a soft, dry cloth.
2. Battery Care
- Always fully charge batteries before storage if not used for an extended period.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Periodically check batteries for any signs of swelling or damage.
3. Propeller Inspection
- Regularly inspect the propellers for any entanglement (e.g., fishing lines, weeds) or damage.
- Clean any debris from the propellers to ensure optimal performance. Replace damaged propellers with the provided spares.
Troubleshooting
Boat Not Responding
- Check if both the boat and remote control are powered on.
- Ensure batteries in both the boat and remote control are sufficiently charged.
- Verify that the remote control is within the 500-meter operating range.
- Check for any physical obstructions or damage to the propellers.
Low Battery Alerts
- **Boat:** When the boat is in a low power state, the front light flashes, the stern light flashes red, and the remote control emits a fast 'di-di' sound. Return the boat to shore immediately for charging.
- **Remote Control:** When the remote control itself is low on battery, it will make a 'di-di' sound. Charge the remote control.
GPS/Positioning Issues
- Ensure the boat has a clear view of the sky for optimal satellite signal reception.
- Perform GPS calibration if positioning seems inaccurate.
Fish Finder Not Detecting
- Ensure the fish finder remote control is powered on and properly connected.
- Check if the sonar sensor is clean and free from obstructions.
- Verify that the boat is in water deep enough for sonar operation (minimum 1.5m for sea fishing mode).
