5. Setup Guide
5.1 Physical Installation
The camera supports both side and ceiling mounting. Choose a location that provides optimal coverage and a stable surface for installation.
- Select Location: Identify a suitable outdoor or indoor location, ensuring it is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi network or accessible for a LAN cable connection.
- Mark Drilling Points: Use the camera's mounting bracket as a template to mark the drilling points on the wall or ceiling.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions and insert the wall plugs.
- Mount Camera: Secure the camera's mounting bracket using the provided screws. Attach the camera to the bracket.
- Adjust Angle: Loosen the adjustment screws (if any) to set the desired viewing angle, then tighten them to fix the position.

5.2 Network Connection
The camera supports both 2.4GHz WiFi and LAN cable connections.
Wireless Connection (2.4GHz WiFi)
- Power On: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.
- App Download: Download the 'iCsee' app from your mobile device's app store (Android or iOS).
- Register/Login: Open the iCsee app and register a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: In the app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. This usually involves scanning a QR code on the camera or listening for a sound prompt.
Wired Connection (LAN Cable)
- Power On: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.
- Connect LAN Cable: Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the camera's LAN port and the other end to your router or network switch.
- App Download & Setup: Download the 'iCsee' app and follow steps 3-4 from the Wireless Connection section. The app should automatically detect the camera via the wired connection.

5.3 App Installation and Initial Setup
The iCsee app is your primary interface for controlling and monitoring the camera.
- Download iCsee App: Search for "iCsee" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
- Account Creation: Launch the app and create a new user account or log in.
- Add Camera: Follow the in-app wizard to add your camera. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network as the camera during initial setup.
- Live View: Once added, you should see your camera listed. Tap on it to access the live view.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Dual Lens & Dual Screen Monitoring
Your Wonsdar camera features a unique dual-lens design, providing both a fixed panoramic view and a PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) view simultaneously on two screens within the app.
- The Fixed Position Camera offers a panoramic overview of the area.
- The PTZ Camera allows for automatic tracking of moving objects and manual adjustment.

6.2 Automatic Tracking & Motion Detection
The camera is equipped with AI auto-tracking and intelligent motion detection. When a moving object is detected, the camera can automatically track its movement and trigger an alarm.
- Motion Detection: Configure motion detection zones and sensitivity in the iCsee app.
- Auto-Tracking: Enable auto-tracking in the app settings. The PTZ lens will follow detected human movement.
- Alarm & Light: Upon detection, the camera can trigger a spotlight alarm and send notifications to your phone.

6.3 Pan/Tilt/Rotate Functionality
The camera offers extensive movement capabilities:
- Pan: 355° horizontal rotation.
- Tilt: 90° vertical tilt.
- Control these movements directly from the iCsee app to adjust your viewing area.

6.4 Two-Way Audio
The built-in microphone and speaker allow for clear two-way communication.
- Speak: Use the microphone icon in the iCsee app to speak through the camera's speaker.
- Listen: The camera's microphone captures audio from its surroundings.

6.5 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers three intelligent night vision modes:
- Infrared Mode: Standard black and white night vision using infrared LEDs.
- White Light Mode: Provides full-color night vision using white LEDs.
- Double Light Vigilance Mode: Combines infrared for general monitoring and activates white light (for color vision and deterrence) upon motion detection.

6.6 Video Playback & Storage
Recordings can be stored locally on a TF (Micro SD) card or via cloud service (subscription required).
- TF Card Storage: Supports up to 128GB TF card. Recording times vary by card size (e.g., 16GB for ~3 days, 128GB for ~10-18 days).
- Cloud Service: Optional paid cloud storage for secure off-site backup.
- Playback: Access recorded footage through the iCsee app's playback feature. The dual-screen playback allows reviewing both fixed and PTZ views.

7. Maintenance
- Clean Lens: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect power and network cable connections for security and integrity.
- Firmware Updates: Check the iCsee app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Power Cycle: If the camera experiences issues, try power cycling it by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.
- SD Card Management: If using an SD card, consider formatting it periodically through the app to maintain performance and prevent data corruption.
8. Troubleshooting
- Camera Offline: Check power supply and network connection (WiFi signal strength or LAN cable). Restart the camera and router.
- Cannot Connect to App: Ensure your phone is on a 2.4GHz WiFi network during initial setup. Verify WiFi password. Try resetting the camera (refer to app instructions for reset procedure).
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens. Check network bandwidth. Ensure sufficient lighting for night vision modes.
- Motion Detection Not Working: Verify motion detection settings in the app, including sensitivity and detection zones. Ensure the camera's view is not obstructed.
- Audio Issues: Check microphone and speaker settings in the app. Ensure volume is adequate.
- SD Card Not Recording: Ensure the SD card is inserted correctly and is not full. Format the SD card via the app. If issues persist, try a different compatible SD card.
9. User Tips
- Optimal WiFi Signal: For best performance, ensure the camera is installed in an area with a strong 2.4GHz WiFi signal. Consider using a WiFi extender if necessary.
- Secure Mounting: Always use appropriate mounting hardware for the surface to prevent the camera from falling.
- Cable Management: Route power and network cables securely to prevent damage and ensure a clean installation.
- Regular Monitoring: Periodically check the live feed and recorded footage to ensure the camera is functioning as expected.
- Privacy Zones: Utilize privacy zone features in the app to block out areas you do not wish to record.
