5. Setup
5.1 Wiring the Electronic Load
The electronic load supports both two-wire and four-wire wiring methods. For optimal accuracy, especially when measuring voltage, the four-wire method is recommended.

5.2 APP Download and Installation
The DL24MP-150W-DK supports both PC software and mobile applications (Android/iOS) for data monitoring and control via Bluetooth.
- User Manual, PC Software, and Android APP Download Link: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/sjun2oadbw5sa/DL24MP-150W-DK
- iOS APP: Search for "E_test" on the iPhone App Store.
- Android APP: Search for "E-test" on Google Play or download from https://www.mediafire.com/file/0jiio43c0vuu1wx/U_Meter-Phone_mobile.apk/file
Important Note for Android APP: When connecting online, ensure that GPS positioning permission is enabled for the E-test APP in your phone's settings. This is crucial for Bluetooth functionality.
6. Operation
6.1 Main Test Interfaces
The device offers 7 primary test modes:
- Constant Current (CC) test
- Constant Voltage (CV) test
- Constant Resistance (CR) test
- Constant Power (CP) test
- BRT (internal resistance) test
- PT (DC power) test
- CT (wire resistance) test

6.2 APP Connection Method
To connect your DL24MP-150W-DK to the E-test APP:
- Power up the DL24MP-150W-DK product. The Bluetooth light on the device will flash.
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your mobile phone.
- Open the E-test APP on your phone.
- When the USB tester is powered on and the Bluetooth indicator is flashing, tap the E-test App icon and allow Bluetooth to turn on.
- Click the Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner of the APP to open the menu for selecting the USB tester model (DL24-BLE).
- During measurement, the upper right corner of the APP will show the model currently online (DL24-BLE). The Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner will turn blue, indicating that the device is in online communication.

7. Product Settings
7.1 Background Settings
To enter the background settings, press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds.

In the settings menu, you can adjust various parameters:
- Current Accuracy: The test current accuracy is 0.000A when current is < 2A. When current is > 2A, the test current accuracy is 0.00A. This is automatically adjusted.
- Power and Ampere Selection: Click the "+" button twice to enter the power and ampere selection. Press the "+" or "-" button to select different power and amperage. Press "M" button to confirm and return to the background.
- Alarm Thresholds: Configure Overvoltage (>200.0V), Overcurrent (>25.0A), Overpower (>150.0W), and Overtemperature (>52.0°C) alarms.
7.2 Intelligent Temperature Control Fan
The electronic load features an intelligent temperature control fan. The fan will only start working once a certain temperature is reached. If the starting temperature is not met, the fan will not operate.

You can set the temperature range in the system background. The default startup temperature is 52°C, and you can adjust it within the range of 40°C to 80°C. The fan will stop working when the temperature is reduced by 10°C from the set start temperature. For example, if the fan start temperature is set to 40°C, it will stop when the temperature reaches 30°C.
8. Maintenance
8.1 Product Notice Regarding Oxidation

Due to the manufacturing process technology, the discharge tube and heat dissipation silicone grease may show slight oxidation after assembly and power-on aging tests. This is considered normal and does not affect the functionality or performance of the device. If this is a concern, please consider this before purchase.
8.2 General Care
- Keep the device in a dry environment.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Ensure proper ventilation during operation, especially during high-power discharge, to prevent overheating.
9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Software Related Issues
- APP crashes on phone: This may be due to compatibility issues. Please download the latest version of the APP. The PC software supports Windows 7 and 10. The Android APP supports Android 5.0 and above.
- BLE and SPP modes: BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is used for mobile connections. SPP (Serial Port Profile) is used for PC connections. When pairing, directly click the Bluetooth symbol in the E-test (Android App) or E-test (Apple App) and select the _BLE Bluetooth name to connect.
- Mobile phone APP blank or Bluetooth symbol not displayed: Please ensure GPS positioning permission is turned on for the E-test APP in your mobile phone settings. Also, check location information or storage information permissions. Reconnect after adjusting permissions.
9.2 Hardware Related Issues
- Battery test box overheating: The battery test box should not be discharged at 16A for a long time to avoid heating and potential melting. Monitor the temperature and adjust discharge current as needed.

10. User Tips
- For the most accurate voltage measurements, always use the four-wire wiring method to eliminate voltage drop effects from the test leads.
- Before performing critical tests, ensure the device's fan is operating correctly, especially if testing at higher power levels, to prevent thermal shutdown.
- Regularly check for firmware updates on the provided mediafire link to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes.
- When using the mobile app, double-check that all necessary permissions (like GPS/Location) are granted for seamless Bluetooth connectivity.
