5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Main Motor Installation

• Mount the main motor unit securely on a stable base using the provided metal plates and anchor bolts.
• Ensure the motor is level and aligned with the gate's path.
• The motor features a rack drive system for smooth transmission.

5.2 Rack Gear Installation

• Attach the rack gear segments to the gate, ensuring proper meshing with the motor's drive gear.
• Maintain a small clearance between the rack and the motor gear to allow for gate movement.

5.3 Limit Switch Installation

• Install the magnetic blocks for the limit switches at the desired open and closed positions of the gate.
• These magnets signal the opener to stop the gate's movement.

5.4 Power Connection

• The opener can be powered by AC220V/50Hz mains electricity.
• For solar-powered operation, connect the 20W monocrystalline solar panel. This eliminates the need for external electricity wiring, making it ideal for outdoor use.

6. Operating Instructions
