  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Microphone Care: Handle the detachable microphone gently. Avoid bending or twisting it excessively.

7. Troubleshooting

No Sound:
Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected (2.4G dongle, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm cable). Check the volume levels on both the headset and your device. Verify that the correct audio output device is selected in your system settings.
Microphone Not Working:
Ensure the microphone is securely attached and not muted (check the headset's microphone button). Verify that the correct input device is selected in your system's sound settings. Test the microphone on another device if possible.
Connection Issues (2.4G/Bluetooth):
For 2.4G, ensure the dongle is plugged in and the headset is in 2.4G mode. For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode and visible to your device. Try restarting both the headset and the connecting device. Move closer to the transmitter/device to rule out interference.
Short Battery Life:
Ensure the headset is fully charged. Battery life can vary based on usage (e.g., high volume, continuous microphone use). If battery life significantly degrades, contact support.

8. User Tips

  • Optimal Comfort: Adjust the headband to find the perfect fit for long gaming sessions. The 8-gear adjustment allows for precise customization.
  • Spatial Audio Advantage: Experiment with the "Kongyu" Spatial Audio feature, especially in competitive games, to enhance directional sound cues like footsteps and gunshots.
  • Software Customization: Utilize the ATK HUB 3.0 software to fine-tune EQ settings and create custom sound profiles for different game genres or media consumption.
  • Low Latency Gaming: For critical gaming where every millisecond counts, prioritize the 2.4G wireless connection mode for its ultra-low latency performance.
