3. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your AIYATO Wallet Tracker Card with your Apple device:

  1. First start the App:
    • Open the 'Find My' app on your iPhone or iPad.
    • Allow notifications from the app when prompted.
  2. Connect your Item Locator:
    • Short press the 'On/Off' button on the tracker card once.
    • In the 'Find My' app, tap 'Items' then 'Add Item'.
    • Choose 'Other Supported Item'. The app will search for your tracker.
    • Once 'AIYATO-L1' appears, tap 'Connect'.
    • Choose a name and an emoji for your Item Locator and tap 'Continue'.
    • Tap 'Finish' to complete the setup. Your Item Locator will now be set up.

4. Operating Instructions

Locating Your Item

Once your AIYATO Wallet Tracker Card is set up, you can easily locate your items using the 'Find My' app:

  1. Open the 'Find My' app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select the 'Items' tab and choose your AIYATO tracker.
  3. To find nearby items: Tap 'Play Sound' to make your Item Locator beep (75dB). Tap 'Stop Sound' to stop the beeps once you find your item.
  4. To find far away items: Tap 'Directions' to open the Maps app and get navigation to your item's last known location.

Left Behind Alarms

Receive instant notifications if you leave your tracked item behind:

  • The 'Find My' app can alert you when your AIYATO tracker is no longer detected near your Apple device.
  • The notification will show the last known location of your item.

5. Maintenance

Charging

Your AIYATO Wallet Tracker Card features magnetic wireless charging:

  • Use the provided USB magnetic charging head to charge the card.
  • A red light indicates the card is charging.
  • The light will turn green when fully charged.
  • Unplug the charger once the light turns green to ensure proper function.
  • A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 8 months of battery life.

If you need to reset your AIYATO Wallet Tracker Card, follow these steps:

  1. First, remove the Smart Finder from your 'Find My' app.
  2. Press and hold the Function Button four times rapidly.
  3. Then, hold it a fifth time until you hear a chime. This indicates a successful reset.

Common Issues

  • Not connecting/pairing: Ensure the card is charged. If the issue persists, try resetting the device as described above and attempt pairing again.
  • No sound when locating: Check your phone's volume settings and ensure the tracker card is within Bluetooth range. If the battery is low, the sound might be weak or absent.
  • Battery drains quickly: Ensure you unplug the magnetic charger once the green light indicates a full charge. Overcharging can sometimes affect battery performance.
  • Android devices not supported: This tracker is designed exclusively for Apple's Find My network and iOS devices. It will not work with Android phones.
