Setup

1. Charging Base Placement

Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 2 meters (6 feet) in front of the base. Connect the adapter to the charging base and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the charging base is always powered on.

2. Initial Charging

Place the robot onto the charging base. The robot will automatically align and begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation. A full charge typically takes less than 6 hours.

3. App Installation and Pairing

  1. Download the ABIR X9 app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
  2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.
  3. Add your ABIR X9 robot by selecting the model and following the pairing process. This usually involves connecting to the robot's Wi-Fi hotspot temporarily and then connecting the robot to your home Wi-Fi network.

4. Voice Pack Selection

The ABIR X9 supports multilingual online voice packs. You can change the voice pack and adjust the volume through the app.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the robot or use the app to turn the robot on or off.

2. Cleaning Modes

The ABIR X9 offers 15 different cleaning modes for intelligent management. These can be selected via the app or remote control:

  • Y Shape Mopping Mode: Intelligent artificial mopping for better effect.

  • Silent Cleaning: Low noise, no disturbance.
  • Standard Cleaning: Deals with daily cleaning easily.
  • Turbo Cleaning: Special for dirtier areas.

3. Navigation and Mapping

The robot uses LDS Dual Laser and SLAM Navigation for 360° full view scanning, quickly and accurately mapping your home. It detects and avoids objects, adapting to everyday changes.

4. App Control Features

  • Partition Cleaning: Name rooms in the app and instruct the robot to clean specific areas.

  • History Record: Check where and when the robot cleaned at any time.

  • Spot Cleaning: Direct the robot to clean a designated spot by APP for deep cleaning of garbage areas.

  • Software Zone Cleaning: Drag a cleaning frame on the map to deeply clean specific areas.
  • Advanced Map Management: Save multiple floor maps, customize cleaning areas, restricted areas, and virtual walls on the app. You can also name each room.

5. Voice Control

The ABIR X9 supports voice control with smart home assistants like Google Home, Alexa, and Yandex Alice. You can issue commands such as "Return to Charging Base" or "Clean the Room."

6. Automatic Recharge and Resume

When the battery is low, the robot automatically returns to its charging base. Once fully charged, it will resume cleaning from where it left off.

7. Carpet Boost Technology

The robot automatically increases suction power to 6500Pa when it detects carpet, ensuring deep cleaning of embedded dirt, pet hair, and debris. On hard floors, it operates at 3000Pa.

8. Y-Shape Mopping Mode

The innovative Y-shape mopping mode simulates artificial mopping with a back-and-forth motion for a better cleaning effect.

9. Precise Water Management

Equipped with a 250ml electric water tank, you can set 3 levels of water output (Quick, Normal, Slow) via the app for different floor types and cleaning needs. The mops are easy to change and washable.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your ABIR X9.

1. Dustbin and Water Tank

The robot features a 2-in-1 dust and water tank with a 450ml dustbin capacity. Empty the dustbin after each use. Clean the water tank and mop pads regularly to prevent odors and maintain mopping efficiency.

2. Brushes and Filters

  • Main Brush: Remove hair and debris tangled around the main brush using the provided cleaning tool.
  • Side Brushes: Check side brushes for wear and tear. Replace them if damaged.
  • HEPA Filter: Tap the HEPA filter to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. Replace the filter every 3-6 months depending on usage.

3. Sensors and Charging Contacts

Wipe the sensors and charging contacts on the robot and charging base with a dry cloth to ensure proper function.

4. Dual UV Spot Cleaning

The robot features dual UV lamps for sterilization. No disinfectant is needed in the water tank. The UV lamps automatically eliminate mites and bacteria during operation. Ensure the UV lamps are clean and unobstructed for effective sterilization.

User Tips

  • For optimal mapping, ensure good lighting conditions during the robot's initial mapping run.
  • Before mopping, vacuum the area first to prevent spreading dirt.
  • Regularly check and clean the main brush and side brushes, especially if you have pets, to prevent hair entanglement.
  • Use the virtual barrier and restricted area features in the app to protect delicate items or prevent the robot from entering specific zones.
  • Keep the charging base in an easily accessible area, free from clutter, to ensure the robot can return and dock successfully.
  • If the robot's voice prompts are in an unfamiliar language, use the app to change the voice pack to your preferred language.

Warranty and Support

The ABIR X9 Robot Vacuum Cleaner comes with a 3-year warranty. If any problem occurs with the robot, please contact customer support and provide a video demonstrating the issue. Free spare parts will be sent for replacement under warranty.

Specific warranty periods for components:

  • Laser head, mainboard, battery: 1-year warranty
  • Other spare parts: 3-year warranty

Even if the product is out of warranty, support will still be provided.
