1. 2.4G Wireless Mode
- Push the keyboard's ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
- Long press the combination key Fn + 3 (with the 2.4G icon) for three seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
- Plug the 2.4G USB receiver (dongle) into an available USB port on your computer or device.
- Once your device recognizes the receiver, the keyboard is ready for use.
2. Bluetooth Mode (Bluetooth 1 & Bluetooth 2)
- Push the keyboard's ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
- Long press the combination key Fn + 1 (with the Bluetooth 1 icon) or Fn + 2 (with the Bluetooth 2 icon) for three seconds until the blue indicator light flashes. This puts the keyboard into pairing mode for the selected Bluetooth channel.
- On your device (PC, Mac, iPad, phone), open the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for new Bluetooth devices. You should find "Trackball Keyboard" in the list.
- Select "Trackball Keyboard" and click to pair.
- Once the connection is successful, the keyboard can be used. You can pair up to two Bluetooth devices.
3. Wired Mode
- Connect the keyboard to your device using the provided Type-C data cable.
- The keyboard is plug-and-play in wired mode and will function automatically.
- Note: When using the wired connection, the wireless modes (2.4G and Bluetooth) are typically deactivated.

- Left Mouse Button: Standard left-click functionality.
- Right Mouse Button: Standard right-click functionality.
- Roller (Scroll Wheel): For vertical scrolling of content.
- Caps Lock (Green Light): Illuminates when Caps Lock is active.
- Charging & Low Voltage Alarm (Orange Light): Indicates the keyboard is charging or the battery level is low.
- Wireless Pairing (Blue Light): Flashes during pairing and stays solid when connected in wireless modes.
- Red Trackball Cursor (19mm diameter): Used for precise cursor navigation.
Adjusting Mouse CPI (Cursor Speed)
You can adjust the trackball's cursor speed (CPI) to suit your preference using the Function (Fn) key combinations:
- Fn + F1: 800 CPI
- Fn + F2: 1000 CPI
- Fn + F3: 1200 CPI
- Fn + F4: 1800 CPI
Switching Channels (for Multi-Device Connection)
To switch between connected devices in wireless modes:
- Quick click Fn + 1 to switch to Bluetooth channel 1.
- Quick click Fn + 2 to switch to Bluetooth channel 2.
- Quick click Fn + 3 to switch to the 2.4G wireless channel.
Backlight Control
The keyboard features a white backlight with adjustable brightness:
- Turn On Backlight: Simultaneously quick press Fn + Shift once.
- Enhance Backlight: Simultaneously quick press Fn + Shift a second or third time to cycle through brightness levels (low-mid-high).
- Turn Off Backlight: Simultaneously quick press Fn + Shift a fourth time.
- Note: The keyboard defaults to low brightness when powered on.
Maintenance
Charging the Keyboard
- Connect the keyboard to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter) using the provided USB Type-C cable.
- The orange indicator light will illuminate during charging.
- A full charge provides approximately 1-2 months of working time without the backlight (actual usage may vary).
- The keyboard is equipped with a built-in 2000mAh Lithium battery.
Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the keyboard surface.

Troubleshooting
Keyboard not connecting or unresponsive:
- Ensure the keyboard's ON/OFF switch is in the "ON" position.
- Verify that the correct connection mode (2.4G, Bluetooth 1, Bluetooth 2, or Wired) is selected and properly paired/connected according to the instructions in the Setup section.
- For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB dongle is securely plugged into a working USB port on your device. Try a different USB port if necessary.
- For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode (blue light flashing). Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard.
- Ensure the keyboard battery is charged. Connect it to a power source.
- Try restarting the keyboard and your connected device.
Cursor not moving or erratic:
- Check the trackball for any obstructions, dust, or dirt. Gently clean the trackball and its housing.
- Adjust the CPI value using Fn + F1-F4 to see if a different sensitivity setting improves performance.
- Ensure the keyboard is within the working distance (7-10m) of your device for wireless connections.
Backlight not working or dim:
- Ensure the keyboard battery is sufficiently charged.
- Cycle through the backlight brightness levels using Fn + Shift to ensure it's not set to the lowest level or off.
Low battery indication:
- If the orange light is flashing or solid, it indicates a low battery or that the keyboard is currently charging. Connect the keyboard to a power source using the Type-C cable immediately.
