Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.
Nozzle and Needle Installation: The 0.3mm nozzle and needle set typically comes pre-installed. To change or install a nozzle set:
- Unscrew the nozzle cap and needle chucking guide.
- Gently pull out the needle from the rear of the airbrush.
- Unscrew the existing nozzle.
- Select the desired nozzle (0.2mm, 0.3mm, or 0.5mm) and carefully drop it into place. The auto-centering design ensures proper alignment.
- Insert the corresponding needle from the rear, pushing it gently until it seats correctly.
- Re-attach the needle chucking guide and nozzle cap.

Choosing a Cap:
- Round Nozzle Cap: Provides general protection for the needle and is suitable for most applications.
- Fixed-Distance Cap: This unique two-prong cap acts as a physical guide to maintain a constant distance from the surface, ensuring perfectly uniform lines and protecting the delicate needle tip. Ideal for fine detail work.

Operating Instructions
Prepare Your Paint: Ensure your paint is properly thinned for airbrushing. The consistency should be similar to milk. Test on a scrap surface before applying to your main project.
Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared paint into the gravity-feed cup at the top of the airbrush.
Ergonomic Grip: Hold the airbrush comfortably. The angled body and curved tail handle are designed to fit perfectly against the base of your fingers, providing a secure grip and optimal balance for effortless control.

Figure 5: The airbrush is designed for perfect balance, allowing it to stand straight and stable for precise work. Dual-Action Control:
- Press down on the wide square trigger to release air.
- Pull back on the trigger to release paint. The further you pull back, the more paint is released.
- Practice controlling both air and paint flow simultaneously for smooth transitions and consistent lines. The large square trigger with its matte, non-slip surface and weight-reduction holes ensures comfortable, fatigue-free painting.

Figure 6: Ergonomic wide trigger designed for maximum comfort and precise control. Application Techniques:
- Hobby & Modeling: Achieve realistic weathering, shadows, and highlights with precision.
- Arts & Illustration: Create detailed illustrations and fine art with smooth gradients.
- Nail Art: Design intricate gradients and patterns on nails.
- Makeup Application: Achieve flawless, airbrushed makeup looks.
- Cake Decorating: Add artistic flair and intricate designs to edible creations.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning after each use is crucial for the longevity and performance of your airbrush. The auto-centering drop-in nozzles make cleaning faster and more efficient.
Initial Rinse: Empty any remaining paint from the cup. Add a few drops of appropriate cleaner (water for acrylics, solvent for enamels/lacquers) to the cup.
Back-flush: Cover the nozzle cap with your finger or a cap and press the trigger to release air. This will force air back into the paint cup, bubbling and cleaning the inside of the cup and nozzle. Repeat several times, emptying the dirty cleaner.
Spray Through: Spray clean thinner/water through the airbrush until it sprays clear.
Disassembly for Deep Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, especially after using thicker paints or if paint has dried, disassemble the airbrush:
- Unscrew the handle, needle chucking guide, and remove the needle.
- Unscrew the nozzle cap and carefully remove the nozzle.
- Clean all parts with appropriate cleaning solutions and specialized airbrush brushes. Pay close attention to the nozzle and needle tip.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before reassembly.
Lubrication: Occasionally apply a tiny drop of airbrush lubricant to the needle bearing and trigger mechanism to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No paint flow | Clogged nozzle/needle, paint too thick, needle not seated correctly. | Clean nozzle/needle, thin paint, re-seat needle. |
| Splattering/Inconsistent spray | Clogged nozzle, bent needle tip, insufficient air pressure, paint too thin/thick. | Clean nozzle, inspect/replace needle, adjust air pressure, adjust paint consistency. |
| Air bubbles in paint cup | Loose nozzle, damaged nozzle, dried paint around nozzle. | Tighten nozzle, replace damaged nozzle, thoroughly clean nozzle area. |
| Trigger sticks | Dried paint in mechanism, lack of lubrication. | Clean trigger mechanism, apply airbrush lubricant. |
User Tips
- Always thin your paints to the correct consistency for airbrushing. A good starting point is a milk-like consistency, but this can vary by paint type and brand.
- Practice on scrap material to get a feel for the dual-action trigger and paint flow before working on your main project.
- For very fine details, consider using the 0.2mm nozzle and the Fixed-Distance Cap.
- Clean your airbrush immediately after each use to prevent paint from drying and clogging the delicate parts.
