4. Setup
4.1. Download & Installation of Companion App

4.2. Earbud Fit
For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure the earbuds are properly fitted in your ears.
4.3. Bluetooth Pairing
The earphones support automatic pairing and reconnection.
- Initial Pairing: When there is no prior pairing record for the left and right earphones, they will automatically pair with each other once turned on. A successful pairing will be indicated by two beeps.
- Reconnection: If the earphones have existing pairing records, they will automatically connect to your device when turned on. A "beep" sound will confirm the connection.
How to Reset Earphones
If you experience issues with pairing or reconnection between the earbuds or with your device:
- Tap both earphones five times simultaneously.
- This action will clear the Bluetooth pairing history and reset the earphones, allowing you to attempt pairing again.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Earbud Touch Controls
The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for various functions:
- Tap once: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
- Tap twice: Volume Up (Left earbud), Volume Down (Right earbud).
- Tap three times: Previous track (Left earbud), Next track (Right earbud).
- Long press (3s/5s): Power On/Off.
5.2. Charging Case Touch Screen Controls
The charging case features a full-color touchscreen for advanced control and information:
- Single press: Turn screen on/off.
- Triple press: Pair charging case with earphones.
- Long press for 5 seconds: Access settings, restart, power off, restore factory settings.
- Long press for 10 seconds: Force restart (when powered off); long press for 5 seconds to turn on.
- Swipe: Navigate through various functions such as Flashlight, Lock screen wallpaper, Blood oxygen (if available), System settings, TikTok (short video control), and Volume.
5.3. Charging the Earphones and Case
To ensure optimal performance, regularly charge your earphones and charging case.
- Earphone Charging: Place the earbuds into the charging case. A red light on the earbuds will indicate charging. The light will turn off once fully charged.
- Charging Case Charging: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The charging case display screen will show the battery level. It will indicate 100% when fully charged.
- Note: The charging case screen will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity during charging. You can slide the screen to reactivate it.
