3. Setup Guide

4. Operating Instructions

  4. Data Transfer: After completing a sleep study, transfer the recorded data to your computer or smartphone using the analysis software.
  5. Report Generation: Use the professional analysis software to review the collected data and generate comprehensive diagnostic reports.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For disinfection, use a cloth lightly dampened with a mild, non-abrasive disinfectant. Do not immerse the device in water or use harsh chemicals.

6. Troubleshooting

Device does not power on:
Ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Inaccurate readings:
Check that the device is worn correctly and snugly on the wrist. Ensure the sensor is clean and in proper contact with the skin. Avoid excessive movement during measurement.
Connection issues with software/app:
Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on both the device and your smartphone/computer. Ensure the device is within range. Restart both the device and the application. If problems persist, try re-pairing the device.
Software/App not generating reports:
Ensure all data has been successfully transferred from the device. Check for software updates. Consult the software's help section or contact technical support.
