Troubleshooting

Mouse Not Responding

  • Check Power: Ensure the mouse is turned on and has sufficient battery charge.
  • Check Connection:
    • For wired mode, ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.
    • For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted into a USB port and the mouse is in 2.4G mode.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the mouse is in Bluetooth mode, and it is paired correctly. Try re-pairing if necessary.
  • Try a Different USB Port: If using wired or 2.4G, try connecting to a different USB port on your computer.
  • Restart Device: Restart your computer or device.

Cursor Movement is Erratic or Inaccurate

  • Clean Sensor: Ensure the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse is clean and free from dust or debris.
  • Check Surface: Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective, and uniform surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
  • Adjust DPI: Experiment with different DPI settings using the DPI button to find the optimal sensitivity for your use.
  • Interference (Wireless Modes): Move away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.

RGB Lights Not Working

  • Battery Level: Low battery might disable RGB lighting to conserve power. Charge the mouse fully.

Mouse Not Charging

  • Check Cable: Ensure the USB-C charging cable is not damaged and is securely connected.
  • Check Power Source: Try a different USB power source (e.g., another USB port on your computer or a different wall adapter).

User Tips

  • For optimal gaming performance, use the 2.4G wireless mode or wired connection, as they generally offer lower latency than Bluetooth.
  • Regularly check the smart screen display for battery status to avoid unexpected power loss during critical tasks.
  • Customize DPI settings and RGB lighting effects through the official AULA software (if available) for a personalized experience.
  • When switching between devices, remember to change the mouse's connection mode accordingly (2.4G, Bluetooth, or Wired).
