5. Setup

5.1 Unpacking and Placement

5.2 Power Connection

5.3 Ink Installation

  1. Open the ink compartment cover.
  2. Carefully fill each external ink bottle with the corresponding CMYKWV UV ink. Ensure not to mix colors.
  3. Close the ink compartment cover securely.

5.4 Software Installation

  1. Insert the provided USB drive into your computer.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer drivers and RIP software.
  3. Connect the printer to your computer using the provided USB cable or Ethernet cable.

6. Operation

6.1 Adjustable Printing Height

The printer features an adjustable printing height ranging from 0-200mm. A built-in infrared height sensor provides automatic adjustment, effectively protecting the print head from collisions with the printing material.

6.2 Vacuum Platform System

The vacuum platform system is designed to absorb the object or UV DTF film onto the platform, preventing movement during printing and protecting the print head from scratching or damage.

6.3 General Printing Process

  1. Design your image using appropriate graphic software.
  2. Import the design into the RIP software for color management and print settings.
  3. Place the object to be printed on the printer's platform. Ensure it is clean and properly positioned.
  4. Adjust the printing height if necessary (or allow the automatic sensor to do so).
  5. Initiate the print job from the RIP software.

6.4 Printing with Bottle Holder

The printer supports printing on cylindrical bottles with a diameter of 20-110mm using the included bottle holder accessory.

6.5 UV DTF Sticker Printing

For UV DTF sticker printing, follow these steps:

  1. Edit the size of your picture in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
  2. Import the image into the RIP software and click print.
  3. Wait for the machine to print the UV DTF sticker.
  4. Once printed, the stickers can be pasted onto irregular products.

7. Maintenance

7.1 White Ink Mixing System
