6. 7-Stage Charging Process

The FOXSUR charger utilizes an advanced 7-stage charging process to optimize battery performance and lifespan:

  1. Battery Desulphation: Removes sulfates that may have formed on the battery plates, restoring battery capacity.
  2. Soft Start Charging: Gently introduces current to the battery, preparing it for bulk charging.
  3. Bulk Charging: Charges the battery at its maximum rate until it reaches approximately 80% capacity.
  4. Absorption Charging: Charges the battery at a decreasing rate until it reaches 100% capacity.
  5. Battery Test: Automatically tests the battery after the absorption stage to determine if it is fully charged and can hold a charge.
  6. Recondition Charging: An optional stage to recover deeply discharged or sulfated batteries.
  7. Float & Maintenance Charging: Maintains the battery at 100% charge without overcharging, ideal for long-term connection.
