The mouse is equipped with a 500mAh rechargeable battery. To ensure optimal battery life and safety, please follow these guidelines:
- It is recommended to charge the mouse using a computer's USB port.
- Do not use non-standard or fast chargers.
- Avoid over-voltage and over-current charging.
- Keep the mouse and charging dock away from heat sources.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
- If not using the mouse for an extended period, turn off its power switch.

6.2. Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the mouse's internal components. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged and the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT, or Wired) is selected. For 2.4G, check if the USB receiver is properly inserted. For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired correctly.
- Lag or erratic movement: Check for interference in 2.4G or Bluetooth mode. Try switching to wired mode. Ensure the mouse sensor is clean. Adjust DPI settings if movement is too fast or slow.
- Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse/dock and the power source. Ensure the power source is a standard USB port (e.g., computer USB).
- RGB lighting not working: Check if the charging dock is properly connected and receiving power. Refer to the product's software (if applicable) for lighting controls.
8. User Tips
- For competitive gaming, consider using the 2.4G wireless or wired connection for the lowest latency and highest report rate (1000Hz).
- Utilize the magnetic charging dock for convenient and consistent charging, keeping your mouse ready for use.
- Experiment with the different DPI settings to find the sensitivity that best suits your tasks and games.
- Apply the included anti-slip stickers to areas where you need extra grip for improved control.
- Remember to turn off the mouse when not in use for extended periods to conserve battery life.
