9. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not turn on | Low battery; Device malfunction | Charge the device fully. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Inflator not inflating | Hose not securely connected; Valve not properly attached; Target pressure not set; Battery too low | Ensure all connections are tight. Check valve attachment. Set target pressure. Charge the device. |
| Inaccurate pressure reading | Loose connection; Sensor issue | Ensure hose is tightly connected. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Device overheats and stops | Continuous prolonged use | Allow the device to cool down before resuming use. The 100% duty cycle refers to its ability to run continuously, but extreme conditions can still cause thermal protection to activate. |
10. User Tips
- Always check the recommended tire pressure for your vehicle or item before inflation. This information is usually found on a sticker inside the car door jamb, in the vehicle's manual, or on the item itself.
- For faster inflation, ensure the device is fully charged.
- When inflating, connect the hose to the tire valve first, then to the inflator, to minimize air loss.
- The integrated work light is useful for nighttime emergencies or working in dimly lit areas.
