4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Mounting the Device

The Imagebon W60N offers flexible mounting options to suit your vehicle's dashboard. Choose between the adhesive bracket for a fixed installation or the long arm suction cup bracket for adjustable positioning.

  • Adhesive Bracket: Clean the desired dashboard surface thoroughly. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad and firmly press the bracket onto the surface. Hold for 30 seconds to ensure a secure bond.
  • Long Arm Suction Cup Bracket: Attach the suction cup to a clean, smooth surface on your dashboard or windshield. Press down firmly and engage the locking mechanism (if present) to secure it. Adjust the arm and device angle as needed.

4.2 Connecting Power and Accessories

  1. Power Connection: Connect the provided car charger to the device's power input port and then plug it into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
  2. GPS Module: Connect the external GPS module to the designated GPS input port on the dash cam. Position the GPS module in a location with a clear view of the sky for optimal signal reception.
  3. AUX Line: For AUX audio output, connect one end of the AUX line to the dash cam's AUX output and the other end to your car's AUX input.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Basic Navigation

  • Power Off: The device will automatically power off when your vehicle's ignition is turned off. You can also manually power off by pressing and holding the power button.
  • Touch Screen: Navigate the Android interface by tapping, swiping, and pinching on the 11.3-inch touch screen, similar to a smartphone or tablet.

5.2 Split Screen Functionality

5.5 OTA Updates
