3.2 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Ensure the pruning shears are turned off and the power button is disengaged.
2. Align the battery with the base of the pruning shears and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
3. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery and slide it out.
4. Charging: Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. The charger indicator will show charging status. Charge the battery promptly after each use to avoid deep discharge, which can prevent activation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Activation

1. Step 1: Install the battery. (Refer to Section 3.2)
2. Step 2: Turn on the power button. Press the power switch located on the battery unit. The indicator lights will illuminate.
3. Step 3: Activate the device. Quickly press the trigger twice until you hear a "beep" sound. A short press or 2 slow presses will not activate the product. The blades will open.

4.2 Adjusting Blade Opening Size (Gears)

The pruning shears feature two gears for adjusting the blade opening size, allowing you to handle different tasks efficiently.

1. With the shears activated, press and hold the trigger for a few seconds to switch between the first and second gear (blade opening sizes).
2. Release the trigger once the desired blade opening is achieved.

4.3 Pruning Operation

• Position the branch to be cut between the open blades.
• Press the trigger to close the blades and make the cut.
• Ensure the branch diameter is within the maximum cutting capacity (30mm) to prevent damage to the tool.

4.4 Shutting Down

1. Step 5: Close the blade and turn off the power. Press and hold the trigger until the blades fully close. Then, press and hold the power switch on the battery unit for 5 seconds to turn off the pruning shears. This will shut off the blade and prevent any safety hazards when not in use.
2. Remove the battery for storage.

• Blade Cleaning: After each use, clean the blades of any sap, debris, or residue. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.

• Battery not charging:
