3. Setup Guide

3.1. SIM Card and Storage Card Installation

The DOOGEE Note56X Pro supports two Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF (MicroSD) card for expandable storage up to 2TB.

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your phone.
  2. Insert the provided card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
  3. Carefully pull out the tray.
  4. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down and the cards are correctly oriented.
  5. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

3.2. Initial Power On and Basic Setup

  1. Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the DOOGEE logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, region, and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  3. Sign in with your Google account or create a new one to access Google services and the Play Store.
  4. Set up your preferred screen lock method (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or face unlock).

4. Operating Your Phone

4.1. Basic Functions

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button. Select "Power off" or "Restart".
  • Screen Lock/Unlock: Press the Power button briefly to turn the screen on/off. Use your chosen security method to unlock.
  • Volume Control: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the side to adjust media, call, and alarm volumes.

4.3. Battery Management

The phone is equipped with a 6150mAh Silicon-Carbon battery, designed for extended lifespan and durability. To charge, connect the provided charging cable and charger to the Type-C port on your phone.

4.7. Connectivity and Security

5. Maintenance and Care

6. Troubleshooting

Phone does not turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Screen is unresponsive:
Perform a forced restart by holding the Power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) until the device restarts.
Network connectivity issues:
Check if your SIM card is correctly inserted. Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off. Restart your phone. Verify your network settings and ensure your mobile data is enabled if using cellular data.
