Troubleshooting

Satellite Search Issues

  • Problem: The satellite icon is flashing, and the device is not displaying speed or distance data.
  • Solution: A flashing satellite icon indicates the device is searching for satellites. A stationary icon means satellites have been successfully acquired. You need to go to an open outdoor area to search for satellites in order to use the code table function normally. Avoid areas with tall buildings, dense foliage, or indoors, as these can obstruct satellite signals.

Device Shuts Down Unexpectedly

  • Problem: The cycling computer turns off by itself.
  • Solution: The device has an automatic shutdown feature after 20 minutes of inactivity to save battery. If it's shutting down during use, ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
