1. Introduction

The KTC H27T27 is a high-performance, intelligent multiple frequency scanning display featuring an active matrix thin-film transistor LED-backlit LCD. It is controlled by microcomputer MCU digital technology, offering a compact and lightweight design suitable for various working environments.

2. Important Safety Precautions

• Read all instructions carefully before using the product.
• Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, wet cloth. Avoid liquid or spray cleaners; use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
• Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
• When unplugging, hold the power plug, not the cord.
• Do not place the display near water or on wet surfaces. Avoid pressing the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
• Ensure proper ventilation. Do not block ventilation holes on the shell. Avoid placing the display on soft surfaces (bed, sofa, carpet) or near radiators/heaters. Do not place in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
• Use only the power supply type indicated on the nameplate. Consult your dealer or power administration if unsure.
• If the power cord or adapter has a three-prong plug, ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket. Contact an electrician if your socket does not match.
• Do not attempt to repair the display yourself due to high voltage risks. Contact qualified maintenance personnel.
• Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel if the power cord/plug is damaged, the display has been dropped/damaged, or any obvious abnormality occurs.
• Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperatures, or humidity.
• Storage temperature should be between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
• The monitor screen is fragile; handle with care.

4. Setup

4.1. Installing the Base

To install the monitor base:

1. Carefully remove the monitor from its packaging.
2. Attach the stand to the monitor using the provided screws.
3. Ensure the stand is securely fastened.

To remove the base, reverse the installation steps. The product screws are randomly delivered; please refer to the actual product.

4.2. Wall Mount Installation

The KTC H27T27 monitor supports VESA wall mounting with a 100x100mm pattern. Wall mounting screws should be M4*8mm.

Installation Guide:

• The display should be installed near an AC power socket that is easily accessible.
• It is recommended to use a suitable base or wall mount for safety.
• To prevent injury, the display should be placed on a smooth, horizontal plane or securely mounted.
• Avoid placing the display where it may be subject to mechanical vibration or insect entry.
• Do not place the display directly facing an air conditioner, as internal panel condensation may lead to faults.
• Avoid strong electromagnetic fields, which can cause interference and damage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Monitor Controls (Joystick)

The monitor features a joystick control for navigating the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu:

• Short-press: Turn on the display.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds: Turn off the display.
• Move Up (↑): Select Signal Source Input.
• Move Down (↓): Adjust Brightness.
• Move Left (←): Shortcut Key for Gaming Assistance.
• Move Right (→): Shortcut Key for Preset.
• Press (Enter): Open Sub-menu and Select an Option.
• Press (Back): Exit and Return to Previous Menu.

5.2. Power Indicator

The power indicator light provides status information:

• Constant indicator: The display is in normal operation.
• Flashing indicator: Indicates no signal state. The display will resume normal operation if a signal is provided again.

The display remains powered on in standby. Always unplug the power cord when not using the display for safety.

7.1. Cleaning the Monitor
