Connecting the Controller
- Connect the detachable USB-C cable to the port on the NEKO controller.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an available USB port on your PC, PS4, or Nintendo Switch.
- The controller is designed for plug-and-play functionality. For PC, it supports XInput/DInput, which may be switchable depending on the game or system settings.
- For PS4, native support is provided. For Nintendo Switch, ensure your console's settings allow for wired Pro Controller communication.
Operating Instructions
Basic Controls
The NEKO features an 8-Way Optical Directional Pad and 24mm Sanwa-Compatible Buttons. The layout is designed for fighting game optimization, preventing simultaneous left+right input conflicts with its SocD Clean Slider.

Sliding input means that the key is flush with the panel when fully pressed, allowing you to slide smoothly to the next key in a series of moves, smoothly and unimpeded. This design helps execute commands at lightning speed.
Advanced Features
- Programmable Keys: The controller includes 14 standard keys and 4 reserved programmable key bits.
- Turbo & Macro Programming: Record complex combos for single-button execution. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for detailed programming instructions.
- On-the-Fly Remapping: Change button assignments without needing external software.
- Profile Memory: Save up to 4 configurations for different games or characters.
- OLED Status Display: A built-in OLED screen shows the active profile, input mode, and macro status.
- Customizable Sensitivity: Adjust the input registration of the optical directional pad from 1mm to 4mm.
- Dual Firmware: The NEKO is equipped with two versions of firmware. The standard version is installed by default, but you can also easily download and install competition-specific firmware to ensure compliance with international competition standards.

Tournament Mode
To ensure compliance with competitive gaming rules, the NEKO features a Tournament Lock. Use the provided Tournament Lock Key to disable turbo and macro functions when competing.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the controller. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keycap Replacement: The NEKO features removable round keycaps (17x 20mm, 1x 25mm diameter) and hot-swappable low-stroke Kailh mechanical shafts. Use a keycap puller (not included, but a screwdriver is) to carefully remove and replace keycaps or switches.
- Customization: The panel pattern can be customized. Use the Custom Art Template to design and replace the artwork panel.

Troubleshooting
- Controller not recognized by PC/Console:
