- Fan Speed Adjustment: The intelligent fan speed adjustment system helps manage internal temperature. Ensure the fans are not obstructed.
- Anti-Dusk Kit: If equipped with the optional anti-dusk kit, periodically inspect and clean its components to ensure effective protection in harsh environments.
- Connection Check: Periodically check all electrical connections (solar panels, battery, AC input/output) for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Battery Health: Monitor battery voltage and performance through the LCD display or mobile app. Follow battery manufacturer guidelines for maintenance.
6. Troubleshooting
The inverter is equipped with protection features and diagnostic indicators to help identify and resolve issues.
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No Power Output: Check AC input breaker, battery connections, and ensure the inverter is turned on. Verify battery voltage is within operating range.
- Overload Protection: If an overload warning appears (indicated by 'OVERLOAD' on the LCD, see Figure 7, item 15), reduce the connected load. The inverter will attempt to restart after a short period.
- High Temperature Protection: If a high temperature warning occurs, ensure adequate ventilation around the inverter. Clean any dust from the fan vents. The intelligent fan system should manage temperature, but extreme conditions may require manual intervention (e.g., moving to a cooler location).
- Inverter Output Short Circuit: The inverter will automatically shut down in case of a short circuit. Disconnect all loads, identify and fix the short circuit, then restart the inverter.
- Fault Codes: The LCD display (Figure 7, item 12) will show flashing codes for specific faults. Refer to the detailed fault code list in the full product manual for specific diagnostic steps.
- WIFI Connection Issues: Ensure the optional WIFI module is correctly installed and powered. Check network settings on your mobile device and ensure the inverter is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
