2. Charging the Device

Important Charging Reminder:

Please use a standard charger (5V-1A or 5V-2A) or charge via a computer's USB port. Do not use fast-charging devices with a power output exceeding 30W, as this MP3 player does not support fast-charging. Using an incompatible charger may damage the device or prevent it from charging correctly.

3. Inserting the Micro SD Card

The Oilsky G88 comes with 32GB of internal storage and includes a 128GB Micro SD card, expandable up to 512GB. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the device and gently insert the card until it clicks into place. Ensure the player is powered off before inserting or removing the card.

1. Reason for failure to power on: If you used a fast charger, the player may enter protection mode, preventing it from powering on or charging.

   Solution:

   • Charge the player with a 5V/1A charger for at least 20 minutes (or via a USB cable connected to a computer for 20 minutes).
   • Then, press and hold the Volume "+" button, and simultaneously press and hold the Power button for approximately 10-15 seconds until the screen lights up and enters forced recovery mode.
   • Use the Volume "-" button to select "Factory Reset Mode", then press the Power button to confirm. The player will restart and return to normal.

   ! For subsequent charging, please use a 5V/1A charger or a USB cable connected to a computer.

2. If the player cannot be powered on after use (when the battery is fully drained) or after long-term non-use:
