The MACHENIKE G3 V2 is a versatile gaming controller designed for multi-platform compatibility, featuring Hall Effect joysticks and triggers, customizable buttons, and multiple connectivity options.

4. Connectivity

The MACHENIKE G3 V2 controller supports Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth connectivity. Before establishing a wireless connection, ensure to switch to the correct wireless mode using the combination keys.

Wireless Connection

Hold down the specified combination keys until the indicator light flashes rapidly. The controller will enter pairing mode, allowing you to connect to the corresponding device.

Wired Connection

With the controller powered off, directly connect the device and the controller using the data cable to use.

Controller Sleep/Reconnect

In wireless mode (Bluetooth/2.4G), if there's no activity for 10 minutes, the controller will automatically power off. Press the HOME button to wake up the controller, and it will automatically reconnect to the previous device.

Turn off the controller

When using wireless connection (Bluetooth/2.4G), press and hold the HOME button for more than 5 seconds to shut down the controller.

5. Controller Functions

Combination Buttons

When using combination keys, it is essential to follow the specified button sequence; otherwise, switching may not work correctly.

Macro Programming

The controller features 2 programmable macro buttons (M1, M2).

Record Operations

  1. With the controller connected, press FN + M1/M2 simultaneously. The joystick light ring will breathe, indicating recording mode. If it doesn't flash, repeat the operation.
  2. Input the desired function keys in sequence.
  3. After setup, briefly press the corresponding macro key (M1/M2). The decorative lights will stop flashing and return to the previous mode, indicating setup completion.

Clear Macro (Example with M1)

  1. With the controller on, press FN + M1 simultaneously. The joystick light ring will breathe.
  2. Press M1 again. The decorative lights will stop flashing, clearing the custom macro function for M1.

TURBO Function

The TURBO function allows for continuous rapid input of button presses.

  • Supported TURBO buttons: A/B/X/Y/LB/LT/RB/RT
  • Manual TURBO Function: When enabled, you need to manually hold down the button to activate continuous fire.
  • Automatic TURBO Function: When enabled, the button will continuously fire without needing to be held down.

To enable/disable TURBO function:

  1. Press and hold TURBO + [Target Button] and then release it. The button activates manual continuous fire.
  2. Press TURBO + [Target Button] again. The button activates automatic continuous fire.
  3. Press TURBO + [Target Button] once more to disable the continuous fire function.

Note: When buttons are in continuous fire mode, the Home button indicator light will flash in synchronization.

6. Battery Information

The controller is equipped with a 1000mAh high-capacity battery for extended playtime.

Check Current Battery Level

Press [FN] + [TURBO] simultaneously to display the current battery level via the LOGO light:

  • β‰₯75%: LOGO light flashes red 4 times
  • 50%-75%: LOGO light flashes red 3 times
  • 25%-50%: LOGO light flashes red 2 times
  • ≀25%: LOGO light flashes red 1 time

Low Power Indicator

The LOGO light will stay red when the battery is low.

Charging Indicator

  • When charging, the indicator light breathes.
  • After fully charged, the indicator light is always blue.

Attention! Do not use a power source exceeding 5V == 1A to charge the controller to avoid damage to the device.

7. Calibration

Proper calibration ensures accurate input from joysticks and triggers. During calibration, gently rotate the joystick and press the trigger to the end; otherwise, issues like incomplete range may occur.

Joystick Calibration

  1. With the controller powered off, press [β˜‘] + [B] + [HOME] simultaneously to start (LED ring flashes).
  2. Slowly rotate both joysticks to their limits for 3 full rotations.
  3. Press [≑] once to complete calibration and automatically power off.

Trigger Calibration

  1. With the controller powered off, press [β˜‘] + [Y] + [HOME] simultaneously to start (LED ring flashes).
  2. Press both triggers to the end 3 times each.
  3. Press [≑] once to complete calibration and automatically power off.

Motion Sensing Function (Optional)

Motion Sensing Calibration

  1. Simultaneously press the [β˜‘] button + [A] button + [HOME] button to activate the calibration function.
  2. Place the controller flat on the tabletop.
  3. Press the [≑] button to initiate automatic calibration.
  4. Wait for the controller to automatically power off. This indicates that the calibration process has been completed.

Motion-Sensing Controls

  • Press FN + L3 to map motion controls to the left joystick.
  • Press FN + R3 to map motion controls to the right joystick.

8. APP Support - Keylinker 2.0

For more customized functions and settings, you can use the Keylinker app. It offers smart, hassle-free quick setup with no manual pairing required.

  2. Alternatively, scan the QR code below using your browser to access the download page.
  3. For HarmonyOS, please download the Android version of the app.

Note: Harmony 5.0 and above do not support Keylinker.

Connection Steps

  1. After correctly installing the Keylinker software on your phone, confirm the relevant permissions prompts that appear when you first start the app.
  2. Start the controller in any mode, and you can find "G3V2 _APP" on the Keylinker app's main page.
  3. Click "G3V2_APP" to connect and enter the customization interface.

Note: This function does not require the controller to connect to the mobile phone via Bluetooth. Follow the above operations to open Keylinker to change the controller settings.

9. Reset

If the controller is unresponsive or unable to recognize, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug the USB cable and plug it back in.
  2. Move the connection toggle switch to use another mode.
  3. If the issue persists, use a pin to poke the reset hole on the back of the controller to perform a hard reset.
  4. Check the compatibility of your operating system (OS) and device.
