3. Setup Instructions

4.1. HDMI Display Output

6. Troubleshooting

No display on external monitor:

Ensure your host device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode). Check the HDMI cable connection and try a different cable or monitor. Verify display settings on your host device.

Devices connected to USB ports are not recognized:

Ensure the hub is securely connected to your host device. Try connecting the USB device directly to your host device to confirm it's working. If using a high-power USB device, ensure the hub is connected to a power adapter via its PD port.

Slow data transfer speeds:

Ensure you are using the USB 3.0 port for high-speed devices. Some devices may default to USB 2.0 if not properly negotiated. Check if other connected devices are consuming significant bandwidth.

Host device is not charging via PD port:

Ensure your USB-C power adapter is connected to the hub's PD IN port and is functioning correctly. Verify that your power adapter provides sufficient wattage (e.g., 65W or 100W) for your host device's charging requirements. Note that the hub itself consumes a small amount of power.
