5. Setup and Initial Use

5.1 Wearing the Earphones

Gently insert the earphones into your ears and adjust them for a comfortable and secure fit. Ensure the ear caps provide a good seal for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

5.2 Power On/Off

• Power On:
  • Automatically: Take the earphones out of the charging case.
  • Manually: Press and hold the touchpad on each earphone for three seconds.
• Power Off:
  • Automatically: Place the earphones back into the charging case.
  • Manually: Press and hold the touchpad on each earphone for five seconds.
• Automatic Power Off Notes:
  • If the earphones are not paired with a Bluetooth device within three minutes after powering on, they will automatically power off.
  • If the paired Bluetooth device moves out of the effective connection range and has not reconnected for three minutes, the earphones will power off.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

• Initial Pairing: When there is no previous pairing record, the left and right earphones will automatically pair with each other after being turned on. After successful pairing, you will hear two beeps.
• Reconnection: When the left and right earphones have existing pairing records, they will automatically connect back to the last paired device when turned on. A "beep" sound will confirm the connection.

5.4 Clearing Bluetooth Pairing History / Resetting Earphones

If the earphones fail to pair or reconnect to each other, you may need to clear the pairing history:

• To clear the Bluetooth pairing history and reset the earphones, tap the touchpad on both earphones five times simultaneously.

6.1 Touch Controls

The MS110 earphones feature powerful touch controls for easy management of music, calls, and settings. The touch area is located on the stem of each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Tap once on either earbud.
• Next Song: Tap twice on the right earbud.
• Previous Song: Tap twice on the left earbud.
• Volume Control: Swipe up/down on the touch area (specific gesture may vary, refer to app for customization).
• Noise Cancellation Mode Switch: Tap and hold (duration may be customizable via app).
• Answer/Hang up Phone: Tap once during an incoming call or active call.

6.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The MS110 offers three distinct noise cancellation modes to suit your environment:

• Deep Noise Cancellation: Ideal for noisy environments like airplanes or busy commutes.
• Normal Mode: Standard listening experience with passive noise isolation.
• Transparency Mode: Allows ambient sounds to pass through, keeping you aware of your surroundings.

You can easily switch between these modes via the dedicated touch control or through the companion app.

6.3 AI Translation

7. Charging

7.1 Charging the Earphones

Place the earphones into the charging case. The red indicator light on the earphones will stay on during charging and turn off once fully charged.

7.2 Charging the Charging Case

Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C charging cable. The display screen on the charging case will show the battery level. It will indicate 100% when fully charged. The display screen will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds of inactivity; sliding the case can reactivate the display.

7.3 Battery Life and Fast Charging

• Single Earbud Battery Life: Up to 10 hours.
• Total Battery Life (with charging case): Up to 45 hours.
• Fast Charging: A 10-minute charge can provide up to 3 hours of battery life (requires a PD fast charger).

8.1 Cleaning

9. Troubleshooting

• Earphones not pairing with each other: Clear the Bluetooth pairing history by tapping both earphones 5 times simultaneously, then place them back in the case and take them out to re-initiate pairing.
• Earphones not connecting to device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earphones are within the 10m wireless range. If issues persist, clear the pairing history on both the earphones and your device, then attempt to pair again.
• No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earphones. Ensure the earphones are properly paired and connected. Check battery levels.
• Charging issues: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charging case and the power source. Check for any debris in the charging port.

10. User Tips

• For the best noise cancellation experience, ensure a snug fit with the correct size ear caps.
• Experiment with the different sound effects in the app to find your preferred audio profile.
