7. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q1: The storage capacity displayed on the device is not the same as the nominal value.

A1: Computer systems use binary calculations (1KB = 1024 bytes, 1MB = 1024KB, 1GB = 1024MB), which results in a slight difference compared to the nominal capacity. Additionally, internal system files and fonts occupy a small portion of the memory, leading to a displayed capacity that is less than the advertised nominal value.

Q2: Why can't some songs be played on the device?

A2: The audio format of the songs may not be compatible with the device. Please ensure the audio files are in a supported format (MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC/APE/OGG).

Q3: Why does the product's response speed slow down?

A3: Prolonged use or frequent file deletions can lead to fragmentation of the internal flash memory, similar to a hard disk, which slows down performance. Formatting the flash memory with professional software can often resolve this. If an MP3 file on the device is corrupted, it can also cause slowdowns.

Q4: What if the software inside this product is damaged?

A4: This is typically caused by abnormal operation. Please contact your local dealer or customer support for assistance.
