No Satellite Signal
If the satellite icon is flashing continuously and no data is displayed, ensure you are in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky. Buildings, dense foliage, or indoor environments can obstruct satellite signals.
Device Not Turning On
Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. Connect it to a power source using the TYPE-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
Inaccurate Speed/Distance Readings
Verify that the device has successfully acquired satellite signals (stationary satellite icon). If the issue persists, try resetting the device by holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) or checking for any available firmware updates.
