3. Cleaning the Roller Brush

Periodically check the floor brush for tangled hair or debris. Remove the roller brush and clean it using the provided cleaning brush or scissors if necessary. Ensure it is free of obstructions for effective cleaning.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Lefant V1, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Vacuum not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check if the power button is pressed firmly.
  • Loss of suction: Check if the dust container is full and needs emptying. Inspect the filters for blockages and clean them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions in the floor brush or telescopic rod.
  • Short battery life: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Battery performance can decrease over time; consider replacing the battery if it's old.
  • Unusual noises: Turn off the vacuum immediately. Check the roller brush and all attachments for any foreign objects that might be causing the noise.
  • LED display not working: Ensure the battery is charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

User Tips

  • For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it when the indicator shows low power.
  • Utilize the different suction modes: use 'Low' for light cleaning and extended runtime, and 'High' for stubborn dirt or deep cleaning.
  • Regularly check and clean the roller brush to prevent hair tangles, which can reduce efficiency.
  • Always ensure all filter components are completely dry before reassembly to prevent damage and maintain hygiene.
  • Store the vacuum on its wall mount to keep it charged and ready for use, and to save floor space.
