1. Product Overview

The MUST PH1800 TLV series is a high-frequency on/off-grid hybrid solar inverter designed for robust solar energy storage systems. This 6KW, 48V DC inverter is suitable for 110VAC/120VAC and 220VAC/240VAC markets, offering both single-phase and split-phase AC output. It integrates two 80A MPPT solar charge controllers, allowing efficient utilization of solar power and compatibility with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. The inverter also features optional WiFi remote monitoring and CAN/RS485 communication for Battery Management Systems (BMS).

2. Setup and Installation

  5. Press the Power On/Off switch (15) on the inverter to power it on.
  6. Observe the LCD display for normal operation and status indicators.

3.3 Setting Parameters

Use the function buttons to access the inverter's menu system. You can set parameters such as output voltage, frequency, charging voltage, and charging current to optimize performance based on your specific load requirements and battery type.

3.4 WIFI Remote Monitoring (Optional)

If the optional WIFI module is installed, connect it to the WIFI port (12). Follow the instructions provided with the WIFI module to set up remote monitoring via a dedicated application. This allows you to monitor the inverter's performance and status from a smartphone or computer.

4. Maintenance

  • Regular Cleaning: Keep the inverter's exterior clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
  • Connection Inspection: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
  • Battery Type Selection: Ensure the correct battery type (Lead Acid or Lithium) is selected in the inverter's settings to prevent damage and ensure optimal charging.
