  • Turn off the vehicle's power supply before installation and turn it back on after installation.
  • Plan the optimal location before attaching the connected navigation recorder.
  • It is strictly forbidden to rinse this product with a high-pressure cleaner or immerse it in water to prevent water from entering the casing!
  • When connecting the camera, please note the marking on the casing.
  • The camera of this device is fully encapsulated and waterproof, but it is still necessary to prevent solvents such as degreasing oil, alcohol, and tar remover from coming into contact with the lens to avoid damaging the waterproof layer.
  • To ensure the speed and security of data storage, please regularly clean the storage space.

Left Side of Mainframe

  • Power Cable Interface: Connect to the power cable.
  • ACC Connection: Connect to the original ACC control cable.
  • GND Connection: Connect to the negative electrode of the battery.

The device features a removable design, allowing for quick installation and disassembly. The detachable rear cover with simple insertion and removal makes it convenient to take the machine with you at any time.

3. Main Interface and Application Interface

  1. This device has multiple screens. Click the application icon on the main interface to access the application interface, and swipe right to switch between them.
  2. Click the "Home" button on the screen to access the main interface, and click the "Back" button to access the parent menu.
  3. Click the application icon on the main interface to access the time setting page and set the time.
  4. Click the application icon on the main interface to access a sound page and drag to adjust the volume (addition and subtraction).
  5. Click the application icon on the main interface, and the main interface will switch between night mode and screen off.

4. Android Auto

Click the application icon to access the application interface, and connect the device according to the prompts and personal needs.

Pairing Devices

  1. Click on Settings, and the settings panel will automatically appear on the mobile interface.
  2. Click on Maps to open Google Maps.
  3. Click on the Phone to make a call.
  4. Click on End to return to the vehicle system interface.

After installing the above applications, open Android Auto and follow the prompts to install the corresponding services and updates. If it can be opened normally, it indicates that the software environment support is successful.

5. CarPlay

Click the application icon to access the application interface, and connect the device according to the prompts and personal needs.

Correct Steps for Wireless CarPlay Connection:

CarPlay establishes a wireless connection to the iPhone and only requires a Bluetooth connection, without the need for a manual connection to the host hotspot.

After clicking to establish a successful connection, the vehicle device will display the application screen, and the relevant functions can be performed at this time.

6. TF Card (Media Playback)

Click the application icon to access the application interface, where you can access the audio and video playback interface. Select the audio and video file to play.

Supported Audio/Video Formats:

AVI, MKV, QT, MPG, ASF, FLV, RMVB, MP3, WMA, ACC, WAVE, FLAC, APE, OGG, M4A

Supported Image Formats:

BMP/GIF/JPG/PNG

7. Bluetooth (BT)

Click the application icon to open the Bluetooth interface. After establishing a Bluetooth connection to the phone, you can perform functions such as making calls and playing music.

1. Pairing Devices

If the vehicle is not paired with a device, go to Phone > Settings > Bluetooth > Search Device > Find the Bluetooth name "CARBT-1AE" of the host to establish a connection. The phone will display a PIN code field. Enter or confirm the PIN code on the settings page, and "Phone Device Name" will be displayed to indicate a successful connection.

2. Calling Function

  1. Click the number on the interface to enter the phone number. If the input is incorrect, click "X" to delete it individually.
  2. After entering the number, press "Call" to dial; press "End" to end the current call.

8. BT Ear (Bluetooth Headset)

Click the application icon to access the Bluetooth headset interface. After connecting the Bluetooth headset, you can receive and operate phone and music functions.

1. Pairing Devices

If the Bluetooth headset is not paired with a device: Activate Bluetooth headset > Activate pairing function > Click on the host > Search for devices > Search for Bluetooth headsets to establish a connection > Display the name of the Bluetooth headset to indicate a successful connection.

2. Equipment Operation

When the Bluetooth headset is paired with a device, the device name is displayed, and Bluetooth music and music from the TF card can be transmitted.

Search for devices, connect, pause.

9. DVR (Driving Video Recorder)

Click the application icon to access the recorder interface, where you can perform recorder-related functions.

10. Settings

Click the application icon to access the settings page and perform the corresponding functions.

2. Factory Settings

Enter password to access factory settings.

3. Equalizer (EQ)

There are two ways to enter the EQ interface:

  1. Access the Equalizer Setup interface by clicking the icon on the TF card and Bluetooth music.
  2. Access the Equalizer Setup interface in the Setup function.
Equalizer Settings:
  1. The Equalizer Setup interface offers 6 types of sound effects to choose from.
  2. The Equalizer Setup interface offers 10 EQ segments for free adjustment.

4. Display Settings

  • Brightness Settings: Standard 50
  • Contrast Settings: Default 50
  • Color Settings: Default 50
  • Saturation Settings: Default 50
  • Reset

5. Screen Save

  • ScreenSave Switch: On/Off
  • ScreenSave Time Setting: 10S/30S/1min/5min/10min/30min
  • Preview Preview Mode

6. Desktop Background

Click the corresponding image to change the background.

7. Language Settings

Supports multiple languages such as Simplified Chinese/English. Drag the language bar up, select the desired language for language switching.

8. Time Settings

  1. Click the time icon in the application interface to open the time setting interface.
  2. Access the time setting interface in the settings function.
Time Setting:
  1. The device has the function of automatic calibration of the current time and connection with Bluetooth for automatic calibration of time and time zone.
  2. You can manually set the time zone and time format as needed.
  3. Time format: 12 hours/24 hours.

9. Version Information

Version display:

11. Dropdown Bar

Drag the screen down from the top edge to open the dropdown menu shown below.

  7. Sound: Louder/Softer

12. Power-on Password

The standard power-on password is 0000, and you can set the power-on password yourself using the "Settings" function.

If users forget the newly set password, they can enable engineering cracking password, enter the engineering crack password "1333" to cancel the new one, set the password, and return to the initial password "0000".

13. Tire Pressure Monitoring Function

Tire pressure detection function: matched with an external tire pressure sensor installed on the outside of the tire.

Tire Pressure Matching:

Screw the external tire pressure sensor onto the front tire valve, and the tire is in an empty state (you will hear a leak sound). Click the "Motorcycle Front Wheel Matching - Unpaired" button on the tire pressure interface to display the data. After turning on the sensor, until no more leak sound is heard, check for air leaks with soap and water. The rear wheel adjustment is done similarly.

Tire Pressure Setting:

Depending on the vehicle specifications, it is recommended to refer to the tire pressure values provided by the manufacturer and set an appropriate value range.

  1. First, screw the anti-theft hex nut onto the valve thread of the car tire.
  2. Screw the sensor clockwise onto the valve thread of the car tire.
  3. Tighten the anti-theft hex nut counter-clockwise with a tool against the sensor to secure it and prevent theft.

Attention! After installation, please check for air leaks with soapy water!

Maintenance

  • To ensure the speed and security of data storage, please regularly clean the storage space.
  • Regularly check the camera lens for dust and wipe it clean to ensure clear recordings.
  • Avoid contact with solvents like degreasing oil, alcohol, and tar remover on the camera lens to prevent damage to the waterproof layer.

Troubleshooting

Common Troubleshooting

  1. The device does not turn on after the ACC power supply of the vehicle is switched on.

    Please check if the connection is normal.

  2. The front or rear camera is not displayed.

    The camera needs to be checked. If the front camera is not displayed, switch to the rear camera after replacing the camera. If the rear camera is not displayed, there is a problem with the camera itself. Please replace it with a new camera.

  3. Both the front and rear cameras are not displayed.

    Please check if the camera cable is connected normally.

  4. The recording is not clear.

    Check the lens for dust and wipe it clean.

  5. Bluetooth cannot connect.

    Check if the Bluetooth password is correct when pairing the host and phone.

  6. Bluetooth headphones cannot be connected.

    Check the compatibility between the host and the Bluetooth headphones. If the host cannot find Bluetooth headphones and there is an incompatibility, please connect the headphones several times or replace them.

  7. Recorded videos or photos cannot be played back in the app.

    Please check if the TF-SD card is damaged.

  8. Electromagnetic interference causing stripes on the screen display or recorded videos.

    Check if there are problems with the wiring and bundling of the camera. The wiring should be smooth, not kinked, and allow some slack. The bundling should not be too tight, and the vehicle casing should not be squeezed too tightly.
