2. Vehicle Compatibility

This multimedia player is designed for a wide range of Volkswagen, Seat, and Skoda models. Please carefully check the appearance of your original car radio and the model list below to ensure compatibility.

Physical Compatibility Check:

Before installation, verify the shape of your car's radio opening. If the four corners of your car's radio slot are arc-shaped, then this unit can be installed. If your car does not have an arc shape, it cannot be installed.

3. Installation Guide

Professional installation is highly recommended. Incorrect installation can damage the unit or your vehicle. Always disconnect the car battery before starting any electrical work.

3.1. Pre-Installation Check

Please check if your car is high-end or low-end before proceeding with the wiring. This will determine the correct wiring method.

3.2. Wiring Method

The wiring method differs based on whether your VW car is a high-end or low-end model.

Detailed wiring instructions for high-end (disconnect automobile agreement box middle cable) and low-end (no need to connect to protocol box) VW models.

• High-End Model VW Cars: Need to connect the Automobile Agreement Box Middle Cable. Disconnect the original cable.
• Low-End Model VW Cars: Do NOT connect the Automobile Agreement Box Middle Cable. There is no need to connect to the protocol box.

3.3. MQB Connection Platform Note

If your car was built after 2013, it most likely has an MQB connection platform. The connection socket and Canbus will be different. The main way to tell the difference is to check the wire connector. In this case, you may need to purchase MQB wiring separately. If your original car has a third interface, please contact customer service for guidance.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. CarPlay & Android Auto

Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to access CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows you to easily use apps such as GPS navigation, Spotify, YouTube, voice control, and more directly on the car radio's screen.

4.2. Bluetooth Connectivity

The unit supports Bluetooth for hands-free calling, quick device connection, and streaming Bluetooth music. Bluetooth versions vary by model (JAC: 4.0/5.0, T100: 5.4, 8581: 5.0).

4.3. Steering Wheel Control

4.5. High Definition Display

4.6. GPS Car Navigation

4.7. FM/AM RDS Radio

4.8. WiFi/4G Connection

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

• No Power: Ensure all power cables are securely connected. Check the car's fuse box for any blown fuses related to the radio.
• No Sound: Verify speaker connections. Check audio settings on the unit to ensure volume is not muted or too low. Confirm the correct audio source is selected.
• GPS Signal Issues: Ensure the GPS antenna is installed correctly and has a clear line of sight to the sky. Check for any obstructions.
• Bluetooth Connection Problems: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both the unit and your phone. Delete previous pairings and try reconnecting.
• Steering Wheel Controls Not Working: Confirm the Canbus decoder is correctly installed and configured. Some vehicles may require manual mapping of steering wheel buttons in the unit's settings.
• Screen Unresponsive/Frozen: Try performing a soft reset by pressing the RST button (if available) or by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes.
• WiFi/4G Connectivity Issues: Check network signal strength. For 4G models, ensure the 4G antenna is properly connected. Verify WiFi password if connecting to a hotspot.
