    • Card Not Reading: Ensure the card is presented correctly to the reader area. Check if the card type (ID/IC) matches the system's configuration.
    • Lock Wiring: Verify the electric lock is correctly wired to the NO/NC and COM terminals as per your lock type.
    • Door Opening Time: Check the programmed door opening time. If set to 0, the door may not open.
  • No Sound from Doorbell:
    • Ensure the wired doorbell is correctly connected to the BELL1 and BELL2 terminals.
    • Check the doorbell unit itself for functionality.
  • Lost Card:
    • Use the master delete card function to remove the lost card's access. This prevents unauthorized entry.
  • System Reset:
    • If the system becomes unresponsive, temporarily disconnect and reconnect the power supply.

7. User Tips

  • Regular Testing: Periodically test all unlocking methods (password, card, NFC) to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Backup Access: Always have a backup method of entry in case of power failure or system malfunction.
  • Password Security: Choose strong, unique passwords and change them regularly. Avoid sharing your access codes.
