4. Setup Guide

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

• Carefully unpack the machine from its wooden case.
• Assemble the stand and front table as per the included manual. The machine can be assembled in two modes: for flat embroidery (using the aluminum frame) or to support small flat hoops, caps, and shirts.
• Place the machine on a stable, level surface. The machine is equipped with universal wheels for easy positioning.

4.2 Power Connection

• Ensure the machine's power switch is in the OFF position.
• Connect the power cable to the machine and then to a compatible electrical outlet (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz self-adaptable).

4.3 Threading the Machine

4.4 Attaching Hoops

• Select the appropriate hoop (cap, shirt, or flat aluminum frame) for your project.
• Securely attach the hoop to the embroidery arm. Ensure it is firmly locked in place to prevent movement during embroidery.
• For cap embroidery, use the cap station and cap driver. The special cap plate allows for embroidery even with the cap guard at a low position.

The machine is controlled via a user-friendly 10-inch DAHAO A15 Pro touch screen display. This system provides real-time stitching information and includes built-in functions for doodle, letter, and photo embroidery.

5.2 Loading Designs

• Designs can be loaded into the machine's memory, which has a capacity of 100,000,000 stitches.
• Use the DAHAO A15 Pro control system to select and prepare your embroidery design.

5.3 Embroidery Process

• Pre-sew Design Trace: Utilize the pre-sew design trace function to verify the design placement on your fabric before starting.
• Starting Embroidery: Once the design is loaded and the fabric is hooped, initiate the embroidery process from the control panel.
• Automatic Features: The machine features automatic thread trimming and automatic color change, streamlining the embroidery process.
