4. Setup

The Redragon M995 LIT offers three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired.

4.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode

  1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB Nano Receiver. It may be stored in a compartment on the underside of the mouse.
  2. Plug the USB Nano Receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom.
  4. The mouse should automatically connect to the receiver. If not, press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse until the indicator light shows 2.4GHz mode (usually green).

4.2. Bluetooth 5.1 Mode

  1. Turn on the mouse using the power switch.
  2. Press the mode switch button on the bottom of the mouse until the indicator light shows Bluetooth mode (usually blue).
  3. On your computer or device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
  4. Search for new devices and select "Redragon M995 LIT" from the list.
  5. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

4.3. Wired Mode

  1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the mouse.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.

5. Operation

5.1. DPI Adjustment

The M995 LIT features 5 on-board DPI levels that can be cycled through using the dedicated DPI button, typically located near the scroll wheel. The default levels are 400 (Red), 800 (Blue), 1600 (Green), 2400 (Cyan), and 4000 (Purple). You can customize these DPI levels and their corresponding LED colors using the Redragon Pro software.

5.2. Button Customization and Macros

The mouse features 6 programmable buttons. These buttons can be assigned custom functions, macros, or keybinds using the Redragon Pro driver software. This allows for personalized control in games and applications.

5.3. Power Management and Charging

The M995 LIT is equipped with a 400mAh rechargeable battery. To charge the mouse, connect it to your computer using the provided USB-A to USB-C cable. The mouse will indicate its charging status, typically via an LED indicator. To conserve battery life, the mouse will automatically enter sleep mode after 3 minutes of inactivity.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the device. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Sensor Care: Keep the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse clean and free from dust or debris to ensure accurate tracking.
