1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read all instructions before using this treadmill.

  • Always consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.
  • Keep children and pets away from the treadmill at all times.
  • Place the treadmill on a solid, level surface with at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) of clear space behind it and 0.6 meters (2 feet) on each side.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged. Do not use extension cords.
  • Wear appropriate exercise clothing and athletic shoes.
  • Do not operate the treadmill if it is damaged or not working properly.
  • Always hold the handrails when starting or stopping the treadmill.
  • Do not step on or off the treadmill while the running belt is moving.
  • The maximum user weight capacity for this treadmill is 150 kg (330 lbs).
  • Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet when not in use, before cleaning, and before performing maintenance.

4. Assembly and Setup

The ROBORE X5F treadmill is designed for easy setup. Most components come pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your treadmill for use:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Position the treadmill on a flat, stable surface, ensuring adequate clearance around the unit as described in the safety section.

    Pull the upright frame into the operating position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.

5. Operation

The ROBORE X5F treadmill offers various modes and controls for an effective workout.

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The treadmill is equipped with an LED display and can be controlled via the display or the included remote control.

  • LED Display: Shows real-time data including Speed, Time, Distance, and Calories burned.
  • Remote Control: Use the remote to Start/Stop the treadmill and adjust the speed (Speed+, Speed-).

5.2 Starting a Workout

  1. Step onto the treadmill belt, holding the handrails for balance.
  2. Press the 'Start' button on the remote control or the main console. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.
  3. Adjust the speed using the 'Speed+' or 'Speed-' buttons on the remote or console to your desired pace.

5.3 Exercise Modes

The ROBORE X5F offers 4-in-1 exercise modes to suit different fitness levels and goals:

  • Working Mode: 0.6-1.5 MPH (Ideal for under-desk use or light activity).
  • Walking Mode: 0.6-2.5 MPH.
  • Jogging Mode: 2.5-4.0 MPH.
  • Running Mode: 4.0-6.3 MPH (Max speed 10 km/h).

5.4 Adjusting Incline

The treadmill features 3 manual incline levels to increase calorie burning and workout intensity: 2%, 10%, and 14%.

To adjust the incline, you will need to manually set the incline level at the rear of the treadmill. Ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged before adjusting the incline. Refer to the physical treadmill for specific manual adjustment points.

5.5 Stopping a Workout

Press the 'Stop' button on the remote control or the main console. The treadmill belt will gradually slow down and come to a complete stop.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

6.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
  • Wipe down the console and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodically vacuum underneath the treadmill to prevent dust and debris buildup.

6.2 Running Belt Lubrication

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your treadmill's lubricant for frequency and application method. Generally, lift the edge of the belt and apply silicone lubricant to the deck underneath.

6.3 Belt Tension and Alignment

If the running belt feels loose or slips during use, or if it drifts to one side, it may need adjustment. Consult the specific instructions in your treadmill's physical manual for adjusting belt tension and alignment screws, typically located at the rear of the treadmill.
