Operating Instructions
HDMI Display Output
- Connect your display device (monitor, TV, projector) to the hub's HDMI port.
- The hub supports 4K@30Hz resolution.
- You can configure your display settings on your host device for either Mirror Mode (duplicate your screen) or Extend Mode (expand your desktop).

Gigabit Ethernet Connection
- Plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 port on the hub.
- The hub will automatically adapt to 10/100/1000M network speeds, providing a stable wired internet connection.
USB A 2.0 Ports
- Use these ports to connect USB peripherals like external keyboards, mice, USB flash drives, or external hard drives.
- The ports support data transfer speeds up to 480Mbps.
- Each USB A port has a maximum power output limit of 1.2A, with a total power output of 5V3A.
- Important: The USB A ports cannot supply power to an iPhone device when the USB C PD female port is connected.
USB C Power Delivery (PD) Charging
- Connect your USB-C power adapter to the hub's USB C (PD) port to provide pass-through charging for your host device.
- This port supports up to 100W power input.
- Note that this port is for power supply only and does not support data, audio, or video transmission.
User Tips
- For optimal performance, especially when using multiple high-power devices or external displays, always connect a power adapter to the hub's USB C PD port.
- Ensure your host device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) for video output via HDMI. Not all USB-C ports support this feature.
- When connecting external storage devices, ensure they are properly ejected from your operating system before disconnecting them from the hub to prevent data corruption.
- Keep the hub in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating during extended use.
Troubleshooting
- No Display Output:
- Ensure your host device's USB-C port supports audio and video transmission (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
- Check all cable connections (USB-C from hub to device, HDMI from hub to display).
- Try a different HDMI cable or display.
- "Current Overload" Message: If you encounter a "Current overload" prompt and the hub cannot be used, restart your computer. Then, connect the PD power adapter to the hub first, before connecting any other interfaces or peripherals.
- No Network Connection:
- Verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the hub and your router/modem.
- Check your network settings on your host device.
- For Windows 7 users, ensure the necessary driver has been installed as prompted upon first use.
- USB Devices Not Recognized:
- Ensure the USB device is properly plugged into the hub.
- If using a high-power USB device, ensure the hub is connected to a PD power source.
- Try connecting the USB device directly to your host device to confirm it's functional.
Care and Maintenance
- Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity, and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits.
- Do not use or store the device in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
- Do not store the device in high temperatures. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
- Do not store the device in cold temperatures. When the device returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
- Do not attempt to open the device.
- Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth.
