Setup
1. Physical Installation
The KEMAX 150W LED Beam Moving Head Light features a compact design, allowing for versatile installation. It can be conveniently hung, assembled, or fixed on walls, ceilings, or other suitable locations. Ensure the mounting surface or structure can safely support the weight of the fixture.

2. Power Connection
Connect the provided power cord to the 'POWER' input on the rear of the fixture and then to a suitable AC power outlet (AC100-240V, 50/60Hz). Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
3. DMX Connection (Optional)
For DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller's output to the 'DMX IN' port on the fixture. If linking multiple fixtures, connect from the 'DMX OUT' of the first fixture to the 'DMX IN' of the next, and so on. Use three-core XLR cables for DMX connections.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On
After all connections are secure, switch the 'ON/OFF' button to the 'ON' position. The 4-digit digital display on the control panel will illuminate.
2. Control Panel Navigation
Use the 'MENU', 'UP', 'DOWN', and 'ENTER' buttons on the control panel to navigate through the settings and select desired operation modes or DMX addresses.
3. Operation Modes
- Self-propelled Mode: The fixture will run through pre-programmed light sequences automatically.
- Sound Control Mode: The light effects will react to ambient sound or music detected by the built-in microphone.
- Master-Slave Mode: Connect multiple fixtures. Set one as 'Master' and others as 'Slave'. The slave units will synchronize their movements and effects with the master unit.
- DMX Control Mode: For professional control, connect to a DMX512 controller. Set the DMX address for each fixture using the control panel. Refer to the DMX channel chart (typically found in the full manual) for specific channel functions.
4. Light Effects
The fixture offers a variety of dynamic lighting effects:
- Colors: Features a color plate with 7 vibrant colors plus white, allowing for full-color or half-color effects.
- Gobos: Includes a fixed gobo disk with 7 patterns plus an open white light hole for projecting shapes.
- Prism: An 18-prism effect can be activated to split the beam into multiple, rotating patterns, creating a wider and more complex visual display.
- Strobe: Adjustable strobe speed from 1-25Hz for pulsating light effects.
- Movement: Precise X-axis (Pan) 540° and Y-axis (Tilt) 180° movement with fine adjustment for dynamic beam positioning.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your moving head light.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the fixture with a soft, dry cloth. For the optical lens, use a specialized lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. Ensure the fixture is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Cooling Fan: The fixture is equipped with an efficient cooling fan to maintain a safe operating temperature. Ensure the fan vents are clear of dust and obstructions.
- Connections: Regularly check all power and DMX connections for secure fit and signs of wear.
- Storage: When not in use, store the fixture in a dry, dust-free environment.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your moving head light, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power:
- Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the fixture and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Verify the power outlet is functional.
- Check the fuse on the fixture's rear panel. Replace if blown (refer to specifications for correct fuse type).
- No Light Output:
- Confirm the fixture is receiving power and the LED is not damaged.

- In sound control mode, check if the microphone is picking up sound.
- No Movement / Incorrect Movement:
- Perform an intelligent reset via the control panel to recalibrate the motors.
- In DMX mode, check DMX connections and ensure the DMX controller is sending correct pan/tilt commands.
- Ensure there are no physical obstructions preventing movement.
- DMX Control Issues:
- Verify DMX cable integrity and connections.
- Check DMX address settings on all fixtures. Each fixture should have a unique address.
- Ensure the DMX controller is functioning correctly.
User Tips
