    • Check the fuse on the fixture's rear panel. Replace if blown (refer to specifications for correct fuse type).
  • No Light Output:
    • Confirm the fixture is receiving power and the LED is not damaged.
    • In DMX mode, ensure the DMX signal is present and the DMX address is correctly set.
    • In sound control mode, check if the microphone is picking up sound.
  • No Movement / Incorrect Movement:
    • Perform an intelligent reset via the control panel to recalibrate the motors.
    • In DMX mode, check DMX connections and ensure the DMX controller is sending correct pan/tilt commands.
    • Ensure there are no physical obstructions preventing movement.
  • DMX Control Issues:
    • Verify DMX cable integrity and connections.
    • Check DMX address settings on all fixtures. Each fixture should have a unique address.
    • Ensure the DMX controller is functioning correctly.

User Tips

  • For optimal beam clarity and brightness, ensure the optical lens is kept clean.
  • Experiment with different gobo and prism combinations to create unique visual effects.
  • When using multiple units, utilize Master-Slave mode for synchronized, hassle-free operation, or DMX for precise, individual control.
