8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Vactidy V12, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Suction weaker over time: Clean the filter every 2 weeks. Clogged filters significantly reduce suction power.

  • Vacuum not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check that the battery is properly inserted.

10. User Tips

  • Regular Filter Cleaning: To maintain strong suction, clean the HEPA filter every two weeks. A clogged filter is the most common cause of reduced suction.
  • Avoid Liquids: This vacuum is designed for dry dust and debris only. Do not attempt to vacuum water or any other liquids, as this can severely damage the motor and void your warranty.
  • Check for Blockages: If suction seems low or the brush stops spinning, check the floor brush and air duct for any obstructions like tangled hair or large debris.
  • Utilize Attachments: Make full use of the crevice tool for tight spaces and the upholstery tool for furniture to achieve a comprehensive clean.

11. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Why does suction get weaker over time?
A: Suction can weaken if the filters are clogged. Clean the filter every 2 weeks (refer to Section 7.2). Clogged filters reduce suction efficiency.
Q2: Can it pick up water or liquids?
A: No. This vacuum is designed for dry dust and debris only. Picking up liquids will damage the motor and is not covered under warranty.
Q3: Does it come with a bed brush and mopping tank?
A: No, the bed brush and mopping tank are optional accessories and are sold separately.
