1. Product Overview
The Contec 28-Day Automatic Pill Dispenser is designed to simplify medication management for seniors and provide peace of mind for caregivers. It offers both on-device control with voice guidance and remote management via a dedicated mobile application. The device ensures dispense safety, keeps medication fresh, and provides real-time monitoring.

The dispenser features a dual-tray design, each with 14 slots, allowing for flexible dosing schedules. It includes customizable alerts (LED light, buzzer, melody, or voice) and a secure digital lock to prevent unauthorized access. The airtight lid and desiccant compartment ensure medication potency.

Regular cleaning helps maintain the hygiene and functionality of your pill dispenser. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the device. For the medication trays, they can be removed and gently cleaned with mild soap and water, then thoroughly dried before reinserting. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

The built-in desiccant helps protect medications from moisture. Check the desiccant regularly and replace it as needed to ensure optimal moisture protection. The frequency of replacement depends on the humidity levels in your environment.
