| Phenomenon | Handling |
|---|---|
| Power is on but without display. | Check if the terminals between the LCD panel and Power Unit Box are loose. Use a new LCD panel or new Power Unit Box to replace the old one. |
| Without output but display works. | Check wiring connections to the heating system. Ensure the current load matches the thermostat's specifications. |
| Room Temp. is a little different from the actual. | Perform temperature calibration in item 1 of the high senior options (see Section 7.4). |
10. User Tips
- Temperature Accuracy: The thermostat has a temperature accuracy of ±1℃. If you notice a discrepancy, use the temperature compensation setting (Code 1 in advanced options) to fine-tune it.
- Electric Heating Sensor: Remember that only the Electric Heating version (BHT-006GB) requires and includes an external NTC sensor for accurate floor temperature measurement.
- Manual Protection Settings: Low and high temperature protection settings can only be adjusted manually through the thermostat's advanced options (Codes 8 and 9).
- Deadzone Temperature: The thermostat will only activate heating when the difference between the current room temperature and the target temperature reaches the set deadzone temperature value. This prevents frequent on/off cycling.
- Power-Off Memory: The thermostat retains all customized settings during power outages, so no need to reconfigure after power returns.
