4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation and Charging
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Connect the charger to a power outlet and insert the battery pack firmly into the charger. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
- To install the battery, align the battery pack with the battery slot on the grease gun and slide it in until it clicks into place.
- To remove the battery, press the battery release button (if present) and slide the battery out.
4.2 Loading Grease
This grease gun is compatible with Cylinder Grease, Tubular Grease, and Barreled Grease.

- Unscrew the grease barrel from the main unit.
- Depending on the type of grease, load it into the barrel. For tubular grease, insert the cartridge. For bulk grease, fill the barrel directly.
- Screw the grease barrel back onto the main unit securely.
- Prime the grease gun by releasing any trapped air. This can typically be done by opening the rotary exhaust valve and gently pushing the plunger until grease appears.
4.3 Attaching Hose/Nozzle
- Select the appropriate hose (flexible or hard pipe) and nozzle for your application.
- Thread the hose securely onto the oil outlet interface of the grease gun.
- Attach the desired nozzle to the end of the hose. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- To power on the tool, press the trigger. The LED indicator light will illuminate the work area.
- The grease gun features 2 gear levels for forward motion. Adjust the speed by pressing the selection button (Function Switching Key) to toggle between low and high speed.
- The tool also has a reverse rotation auto-stop mode, which stops rotation and impact in two seconds when a fastener is loosened adequately.
- To power off, release the trigger.


5.2 Greasing Procedure
- Ensure the grease gun is properly loaded and primed.
- Position the nozzle firmly onto the grease fitting (zerk).
- Press the trigger to dispense grease. Monitor the amount of grease being applied to avoid over-lubrication.
- For continuous greasing, you may engage the lock switch (if available) and then release the trigger. To stop, disengage the lock switch and release the trigger.
- After greasing, remove the nozzle from the fitting.
