Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in fire, explosion, electric shock, or other injury or damage.
- Always ensure proper ventilation when operating the heater to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
- Do not block the air intake or exhaust outlets.
- Keep flammable materials at a safe distance from the heater.

- The heater is equipped with a CO protection system. Do not disable or tamper with this feature.

The CO protection system automatically shuts off power if unsafe CO levels are detected. Dangerous CO levels are typically >50 PPM, High Danger >150 PPM, and Lethal >400 PPM. You can customize the alarm response time and CO alarm threshold (PPM) via the control panel.

Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for initial setup and installation:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify all items against the packing list.
- Placement: Place the diesel heater on a stable, level, and non-flammable surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for proper airflow and heat dissipation.
- Fuel Connection:
- Fill the 5L fuel tank with diesel fuel. Ensure the leak-proof fuel cap is securely fastened to prevent spills and odors.
- Install the diesel strainer to ensure clean fuel flow and extend system life.
- Exhaust System Installation:
- Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater's exhaust port.
- Secure the muffler to the exhaust pipe.
- Route the exhaust pipe safely away from any flammable materials and ensure exhaust gases are vented outdoors. The heater includes a 90mm wide exhaust pipe.
- Air Intake and Outlet:
- Connect the intake pipe to the air intake port.
- Connect the air outlet pipe to the heater's hot air outlet.
- Ensure both pipes are clear of obstructions.
- Electrical Connection:
- The Mudiro M-5S Evo-H supports 12V, 24V, and 240V power.
- For 12V/24V DC operation, connect the DC power terminals to a compatible power source (e.g., vehicle battery).
- For 240V AC operation, use the provided AC adapter and plug it into a standard household outlet.
- Use the TFT Switch Extension Cord if the control panel needs to be placed further from the main unit.
- Control Panel Connection: Connect the TFT Switch (LCD Control Panel) to the main heater unit.
- Initial Start-up: Before first use, ensure all connections are secure and there are no fuel leaks.


Operating Instructions
Your Mudiro M-5S Evo-H Diesel Heater offers multiple control methods: the TFT LCD panel, a remote control, and a Bluetooth app.
TFT LCD Switch Control Panel

Refer to Figure 6 for button and display identification:
- Power Button: Turns the heater ON/OFF.
- Confirm Button: Confirms selections or enters menus.
- Adjust Up Button: Increases values (temperature, time, etc.).
- Adjust Down Button: Decreases values.
- Remote Control Pairing Status Indicator: Shows if the remote is paired.
- Bluetooth Connection Status Indicator: Shows Bluetooth connection status.
- Auto Start/Stop Function Indicator: Indicates automatic temperature control is active.
- Voice Broadcast Indicator: Shows if voice prompts are enabled.
- Power Supply Voltage Display: Displays current input voltage (V).
- Real-time Altitude Display: Shows current altitude in meters (M).
- CO Alarm Time and CO Level Display: Shows CO alarm settings and current CO levels (ppm).
- CO Alarm On/Off: Toggles CO alarm function.
- Language Indicator: Shows selected language.
- 10 Gear Temperature Setting: Indicates the current heating gear.
- Temperature Control Mode Display: Shows the active temperature control mode.

Basic Operation
- Power On: Press the Power Button (1) to turn on the heater.
- Set Temperature: Use the Adjust Up (3) and Adjust Down (4) buttons to set your desired temperature. The heater supports 10 gear temperature settings.
- Automatic Temperature Control: The heater features a wireless temperature sensor for auto start/stop with ±2°F precision. This ensures steady temperature control.
- Altitude Mode: The heater automatically adjusts the air-fuel mix for optimal performance up to 18,045 ft (5,500 m). The real-time altitude is displayed (10).

- Timer Function: Set up to 3 groups of ON/OFF timers for scheduled operation.

Remote Control
The included remote control allows operation from up to 98 ft away. Ensure the remote is paired with the heater (check indicator 5 on the LCD). Use the buttons on the remote to power on/off, adjust temperature, and access other functions.
Bluetooth App Control
Download the dedicated MUDIRO app to control the heater via Bluetooth from up to 98 ft away. The app provides comprehensive control over settings, temperature, and monitoring. Refer to the app's instructions for pairing and usage. A QR code video guide is available for setup.


Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your diesel heater.
- Fuel Filter/Strainer: Periodically check and clean the diesel strainer to prevent blockages and ensure clean fuel delivery. Replace if damaged.
- Air Filter: Inspect the air filter regularly. Clean or replace it as needed to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust from entering the system.
- Exhaust System: Check the exhaust pipe and muffler for any blockages, damage, or leaks. Ensure exhaust gases are freely vented.
- General Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the heater clean. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Fuel Tank: If storing the heater for an extended period, it is recommended to drain the fuel tank to prevent fuel degradation.
- Connections: Periodically check all electrical and pipe connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
