4. Setup and Connection

4.1 Power On/Off Instructions

  • To Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The white indicator light will flash, and you will hear the voice prompt "POWER ON."
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds. The pink indicator light will flash, and you will hear the voice prompt "POWER OFF."

4.2 Bluetooth Connection

  1. Ensure your phone or device is within 30 cm of the headset for optimal pairing.
  2. Press and hold the headset power button to turn it on. You will hear "POWER ON."
  3. Triple-press the power button to enter Bluetooth mode. The voice prompt will say "Bluetooth mode pairing."
  4. Enable Bluetooth on your device, search for available devices, and select "AULA-G7Pro" to pair.
  5. Once successfully connected, the headset indicator will stay solid blue, and you will hear "Connected."

4.3 2.4GHz Wireless Mode Connection

  1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB transmitter into an available USB port on your computer or console.
  2. Press and hold the headset power button to turn it on.
  3. The headset indicator will flash white as it automatically attempts to connect to the USB transmitter.
  4. Once connected, the headset indicator will stay solid white, and you will hear "Connected." The USB dongle indicator will also stay solid white.
  5. For Windows PC users, after successful connection and driver installation, 2.4GHz mode supports advanced features such as virtual 7.1 surround sound.

4.4 Important Notes on Connection

  • In both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes, the pairing mode lasts for 5 minutes. If pairing is not successful within this time, the headset will automatically power off.
  • After successful pairing, the headset and your device will remember each other. Subsequent connections will not require re-pairing; the headset will automatically reconnect when powered on. If reconnection fails within 5 minutes, the headset will automatically power off.
  • Headset Disconnection: If the Bluetooth connection is lost, the blue indicator will flash, and the voice prompt will say "Disconnected, pairing." If the 2.4GHz connection is lost, the white indicator will flash, and the voice prompt will say "Disconnected, pairing."

5. Operation

5.1 Mode Switching (2.4GHz and Bluetooth)

To switch between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes, triple-press the power button:

  • Triple-press to switch to Bluetooth mode: Voice prompt "Bluetooth mode pairing."
  • Triple-press again to switch to 2.4GHz mode: Voice prompt "Adapter mode pairing."

5.2 Other Function Descriptions

  • Answer / Hang Up Calls: Single press the power button.
  • RGB Lighting On/Off: Double press the power button.
  • Volume Control: Rotate the volume scroll wheel up for Volume +, and down for Volume -.
  • Microphone Switch: Push the microphone boom up to turn on the microphone, and push it down to turn off the microphone.
  • Audio Cable Input (Line In): Insert the Type-C to 3.5mm audio cable. Note that when using the audio cable, the headset will power off in both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modes, and the respective indicator lights will turn off.

Note:

  • The volume scroll wheel on the headset only controls the headset's internal volume. To adjust the volume of your computer, mobile phone, or other connected devices, please adjust it directly on the device itself.

6. Charging Instructions

To charge your AULA G7 Pro headset:

  • Insert the provided Type-C charging cable into the headset's USB-C port and connect the other end to a power source.
  • While charging, the red indicator light on the headset will stay solid.
  • Once fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off.

6.1 Battery Status Indicators

  • Low Battery Warning: The red indicator light will slowly flash for 5 seconds (3 times), accompanied by the voice prompt "battery low."
  • Low Battery Shutdown: The red indicator light will stay on for 1 second, followed by the voice prompt "power off," and the headset will shut down.

6.2 Charging Precautions

  • It is recommended to use only a computer USB port or a standard 5V/500mA power adapter to charge the headset.
  • Do not use fast-charging cell phone chargers or inferior non-standard power adapters.
  • Avoid using over-voltage and over-current power adapters.
  • Keep the headset away from high-temperature equipment when charging.
  • If the headset is not going to be used for a long time, please turn off the power switch.
