3. Compatibility and Important Notes
This car radio is designed for Ford Fiesta models manufactured between 2009 and 2017. It is compatible with vehicles that have the factory SYNC function.
- This product supports original cars with a "SONY" logo.
- It is NOT compatible if the original car does not have a screen in the center position.
- It is NOT compatible if the original car center position comes with the "PASS AIRBAG OFF" button function.
Please Note:
The hole on the car dashboard panel in most countries can be plugged directly into the frame of our radio. However, there is a slight difference for the hole on the car dashboard panel in a few countries. You may need to cut a hole on the panel in order to install it. If this is a concern, please do not purchase.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cooling Fan (S Series Only)
The S series models include a small cooling fan. If the CPU temperature exceeds 50°C, the system automatically activates the fan. The fan will turn off automatically when the temperature drops below 50°C. You can also manually control the fan.
When the machine runs at high speed, the ambient temperature in the casing will rise. The cooling fan helps to dissipate heat, preventing the PCB board from reaching temperatures above +85°C, which could cause damage.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check all power connections according to the wiring diagram. Ensure the car battery is connected and functional.
- No Sound: Verify speaker connections. Check DSP settings and ensure volume is not muted.
- GPS Signal Loss: Ensure the GPS antenna is properly installed and has a clear view of the sky. If using online maps, check your internet connection.
- Touch Screen Unresponsive: Try restarting the device. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the car radio and your device. Try unpairing and re-pairing the devices.
- 4G Network Not Working: Confirm the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Check 4G antenna connection. (Note: P series models do not support 4G).
