1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it in a safe place.
- Keep the monitor away from water sources or damp places, such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and swimming pools.
- Make sure the monitor is placed on a flat surface. If the monitor falls down, it may cause human injury or device damage.
- Store and use the monitor in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, and keep it away from emission and heat sources.
- Do not cover or block the vent hole in the rear casing, and do not use the product on a bed, sofa, blanket, or similar objects.
- The range of the supply voltage of the monitor is printed on the label on the rear casing. If it is impossible to determine the supply voltage, please consult the distributor or local power company.
- If the monitor will not be used for a long period, please cut off the power supply to avoid electric shock in rainy days and damage due to abnormal supply voltage.
- Please use a reliable grounded socket. Do not overload the socket, or it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not put foreign matters into the monitor, or it may cause short circuits resulting in fire or electric shock.
- Do not disassemble or repair this product by yourself to avoid electric shock. If faults occur, please contact the after-sales service directly.
- Do not pull or twist the power cable forcefully.
2. Package Contents
Please check that the package of the monitor contains all parts. If any part is lost, please contact the distributor. The color and shape of parts may vary with models. Figures in this User Manual are for reference only. Wires supplied may vary with purchased products. The extra screws can be used as spare screws.

3. Setup
3.1. Installation of Base
- Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table.
- Take out the main parts of the accessory bag and put the machine in the lower foam box.
- Take out the stand stem and base. Use screws to fasten stand stem and base together.
- Align the stand stem's bracket with the opening on the back of the monitor, and carefully insert the bracket. The pieces should click into place. To remove the base, take off the decorative cover of the back shell and pull down the quick-remove button.
- After assembly, simply hold the stand with your hand to stand the monitor upright.
Note: During standing of the whole monitor, do not press the liquid crystal screen with your hand to avoid damage to the screen.
3.2. Installation of Mount
- Open the package, take out the product with foam still attached, and gently place it on a desktop or table. Remove the extra parts and the foam covering the monitor. If the monitor was already attached to the stand, remove the stand.
- Remove the original screws x 4 from the opening in the back of the monitor. Follow the directions received with your mount, stand, or accessory and install the monitor on the wall or fixture as desired. Remember to use the included Mount screws when attaching anything to the back of the monitor.
- Hang the assembled product on a hard wall. Do not pinch the screen with your hands during the hanging process to avoid damaging the screen.
Note: In order to prevent the monitor from falling when it is used on the wall, please install it properly and do safety protection. Do not place or hang any objects on the wall bracket, and the wall height should be within 2 meters.
4. Operating the Monitor
4.1. Adjustment of Monitor
The monitor allows for various adjustments to optimize your viewing experience:
- Rotation Angle: -15.0°(±2.0°) ~ +15°(±2.0°)
- Tilting Angle: -5.0° ~ +15°
- Height Adjustment Range: 95±5mm
4.2. Description of Buttons
The monitor features several buttons for navigation and control:

4.3. Explanation of Indicators
The monitor has an indicator light to show its status:
- Solid blue light: Indicates power is on and the monitor is operating normally.
- Flashing blue light: Indicates no video source has been detected. Please ensure your computer is on and all video cables are fully inserted and connected.
4.4. Cable Connection
The bottom interface configuration at the back of the monitor varies with products. If the power cable or signal cable is damaged, you must replace it with special soft cables or special components purchased from the manufacturer or maintenance department.

- HDMI Interface: Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI IN port of the monitor to the HDMI OUT port of a PC. An HDMI-DVI cable can also be used for DVI OUT ports.
- RJ45 Interface: Use a network cable to connect to a network signal output device such as a router.
- DP Port: Use a DP cable to connect the DP IN port of the monitor to the DP OUT port of a PC.
- AUDIO OUT: Connect audio outputting devices such as earphones to the AUDIO OUT port.
- USB A Interface: Used for transferring data and connecting various application devices such as mice, keyboards, or U disks.
- USB B Interface: A USB B to USB A cable can be used to transfer data and connect various hosts such as desktop computers/notebooks.
- Type-C Interface: A Type-C cable can be used to connect to data ports of machines and external terminals. This port also provides 65W of reverse fast charging.
- AC IN Interface: Connect the power cable plug to the corresponding port of the monitor, and connect the other end to a properly grounded power outlet.
Note: Under the wireless projection signal source, USB peripherals are not supported to connect to the USB port of the monitor to communicate or operate the wireless projection content interface.
4.5. OSD Menu
The on-screen display (OSD) menu can be used to adjust the settings of the monitor and is displayed on the screen after turning on the monitor and pressing the M button.
- Press the M button to enter the OSD screen.
- Press ▼ or ▲ to browse through the functions.
- Select the desired function, then press the M button to enter the submenu.
- Press ▼ or ▲ to browse the sub-menus, and then press the M key to confirm the selection of the desired function.
- Press ▼ or ▲ to select an option, then press M to confirm the setting and exit the current menu.
- Press E to exit the menu interface.
5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your monitor.
- Cleaning the Screen: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, dampen the cloth slightly with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasives, or alcohol-based cleaners.
- Cleaning the Casing: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the monitor casing. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings on the monitor are not blocked to prevent overheating.
- Storage: When storing the monitor for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power:
- Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power outlet is functioning correctly by plugging in another device.
- Press the power button on the monitor.
- No Signal / Black Screen:
- Verify that the video cable (HDMI, DP, USB-C) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer/device.
- Ensure your computer/device is powered on and not in sleep mode.
- Use the monitor's OSD menu to manually select the correct input source.
- Try a different video cable or port if available.
- Display Issues (e.g., flickering, distorted image):
- Check the video cable for any damage or loose connections.
- Adjust the monitor's refresh rate and resolution settings on your computer.
- Reset the monitor to factory default settings via the OSD menu.
- Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
- Buttons Not Responding:
- Unplug the monitor from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again.
